Staff service was exceptional, there is room for improvement for certain facilities, for instance, the pool hours should be extended, clear signs/instructions for different facilities that’s available for 98 Acres guests ( it was a bit confusing with Ravana pool club vs. the restaurant and pool for hotel guests) and food can be better (more options and overall quality).
