Newly Remodeled Deluxe Studio-No storm damage

Thoroughly modern studio of approximately 325 square feet. Everything is new.. It has a complete kitchen and both the kitchen and bathroom are generous in size. The sleeping area is approximately 150 square feet of the 325 mentioned. There is ample storage space and all things are furnished. The beach is 75 steps away. Less than a 2 minute walk. I provide everything you’ll need including beach equipment, linens, towels and everything for the kitchen. If you drive you’ll have free parking in a private driveway 10 steps away. You don’t need a car for this location. Most everything is within a half mile. Laundry facilities are available on the property. A lot of thought has gone into the unit and it’s modern in style. Quiet but close to everything

Adorable little studio with a VERY short walk to an amazing beach!! Close enough to town for an easy walk to food and entertainment. The studio was clean and well appointed with what you need. Host was very responsive and helpful.

The property manager/owner is and amazing guy. He checked regularly for anything we may need. Condo was clean, cute, and completely stocked. It made for an awesome vacation and soo close to the beach and walking distance to restuarnts and shopping!!

Perfect studio

This studio was just the right size for my husband and I. And just steps from the gulf or to Clearwater and the restaurants and shops. Joe was available and super helpful. Definitely will stay here again!

The studio was perfect for our girl's getaway. Small, but very clean. Location was perfect and Joe was not only responsive but had all the beach necessities available. A/C worked great and the bed was comfortable. We will definitely be back.
