I don't get the bad reviews. Even with the construction, the hotel is nice. Do yourself a favor and ignore the reviews. The hotel is a great place to stay! Pool is good, exercise room also.... The hotel was clean when I stayed there; the staff was friendly and very responsive.

Property was under full renovation which we were not notified in the expedia add prior to booking. Full rate was charged. Very misleading. We were billed an additional $10 on app for "parking" yet the entire exterior of building was a construction site!

This place is always under construction! Couldn’t find front desk!! The man at the desk was very nice but some signage would help. TV didn’t work. Put us in a room for people with disabilities. Not what we asked for. We come to Stamford often and will be looking for a new place to stay. This isn’t a hotel. It’s a location for “events.”

It is the perfect place to stay in the Greenwich area for a reasonable price and decent amenities. The setting is pleasant although a bit institutional. I love the internal garden area. My room was spacious and clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The pool was not open although according to the website, it should’ve been done two months prior to our visit that was disappointing so also disappointing there was no dining room or bar where we could watch the football game and have a couple drinks. Everything had to be done on an app, sitting in kind of in a odd café area, also there was no coffee in the morning or even a muffin or biscuits complimentary you think for the price of the hotel at least have some coffee also I don’t like that there’s not a direct line to the hotel. I don’t like going through the call center the girl was going to give me the number and another stepped in, and said oh no, that was impossible to do , I did not believe her compared to other hotels I will say it wasn’t easy and welcome in checking, and the hotel itself was very beautiful . I left a couple of pieces of clothing behind and no one called me to let me know it’s OK I can afford to lose them, but I was interested to see if the hotel would call me and let me know that they could ship them back to me no one ever called.
