Clean, furbished colld place.
Forenom has two locations. I placed my booking based on the map. Actuall booking happend to be for another location. Even on reservation form I have received on e-mail there is mismatch between address and the maps. Second things is the tempreture in the room. The heater was on maximum and the tempreture in the room was just not to die. The good things is that the room is very clear and you have all you need as explained in advertisment.

Rooms are clean on surface but needs deep cleaning and also smells spicy food. Receptionist is nice and helpful, but they are not available all time like their other branch in Kista. Location is very convenient for shopping, train, bus and restaurants.

Please avoid it!
If you read this, make me a favor and avoid this hotel. For the price I paid was a terrible mistake: once a week they clean the room, limited toiletry, entire room smelled of Indian food, in fact it is an apart-hotel with plenty of Asian people around. I am not racist but I expect some minimum standards which should be reflected in the price. The good part is that it is situated above a shopping area where you may find a food court.. For breakfast you have to go to a separate restaurant with a coupon to get it, not bad but again it is too expensive for what you will get. Comparing with other hotels in Europe, this is a joke, a bad one.

Good basic accommodation in a good position.
This is a hotel that seemed more like student accommodation than a proper hotel. There's a small reception area with very friendly and helpful staff, but no restaurant, bar or lounge to relax in. It's not so much a hotel and simply a functional place to stay. It is right next to (almost in) a large shopping complex with all the highstreet brand names, a cinema, numerous coffee shops and eateries. The breakfast was actually served at one of the small cafes in the shopping centre and was average considering the cafe was an Italian patisserie. The hotel is very usefully situated opposite the station (about 20 minutes from Stockholm city centre) and is also handy for the bus to Arlanda airport (about 35 minutes).

Stay At Kista
An excellent location for access to all the technology companies. The apartment I had was nice. Everything you need for a short stay. The only down side was no restaurants so breakfast required going to a local snack type premises. Ta above a large shopping mall so food is available

Near metro station, room was very clean, spacious and well furnishedwas very bad, lights did not work in one room, microwave didn't work, eventually they were fixed during the end of our stay. it was very difficult to get them to sort something out. Room key cards frequently stopped working which was an issue seeing you needed them to use get in to the hotel via the shopping centre or use the lifts.

Quirky, but overall a good value
Price was pretty good compared to other options in Stockholm for our budget, but a few things to be aware of. It is a bit far out of central Stockholm, but if you plan on spending time in Kista at night, you're very close. The mall offers plenty of shopping, good food choices, a movie theater, Go Cart Racing and bowling (however it was closed when we went). This was good since we had kids. You pretty much are located above the mall, however be warned you cannot access the rooms without a key card from reception which is located just OUTSIDE the mall. If you get off the Tunnelbana, take the far left entrance while facing Kista Galleria and you'll be right there. Following the signs will take you to to mall entrance. When traveling between your room and the mall you have to use your keycard several times which is kind of a pain, especially if something goes wrong. I did feel a bit isolated at times in some of the hallways going to and from, but I guess that is why they have so many key cards. Rooms were clean. They are not serviced daily, so just be aware of that. They were able to accommadate a late check out.

Close to shopping. Lots of construction going on.
Was awakened by construction but they are trying to improve the facility. Staff was nice and offered us a complimentary umbrella. Building is connected to a large shopping malls with resteraunts and nice movie theater. Also convenient to train station for going into Stockholm.

worst service i have ever had. The employees are rude, gives you the wrong rooms and ask you to switch with other clients. Calls you every single day to ask you when you are leaving (when they should have the information) The rooms are nice but dirty. They were renewing a few rooms, so hope they make them better.

Budget Choice On Outskirts
Good location for saving on hotel costs. Right next to commuter train station that takes you into the centre of town in 25 minutes. Front desk staff could have been more responsive. TV remote didn't work and reception never did have it fixed during our two night stay, despite taking the remote down to them.

I cannot believe that I paid over 200$ per night and they did not clean the room every day. The shampoo they give you is the same as the soap they give for washing hands. And many more other cheap behavior that is very annoying.

There was a dry spider on the sheet, told the front desk, and has written on hotel comment book. If you stay for 7 days or less, no one will clean your room or change sheet, empty trash etc,. This stay paid average $255 per night (total $1022.9 M-Th for 4 nights included tax) vs. $185 per night ($555.83 F-Su for 3 nights also included tax) in Hilton Stockholm. I felt the hotel overcharged, and does not worth its price.

Great for family
Whilst this hotel is a little different to most (being on top of a mall) we found it a great place to stay with our 1 year old son. Its about 20 minutes by Tbana from Central station (Tubes are about every 10 minutes and is right next to the mall) but we knew Kista and knew it had an excellent food court with supermarkets and off licence just downstairs, very handy when the little one is in bed. Our room had a separate bedroom , great for putting the baby to bed. Cot provided was very good, nice comfy mattress, duvet and pillow. Hotel also offers a baby pack which was about £4 a day (or less if for a week) which included a cot (free anyway), baby gym mat, wipes, changing mat, stroller and some toys. As the rooms are above students (a few floors below) it did get a bit noisy on the Friday night (but not on Saturday) but the aircon drowned the noise out. Read various reviews which slated the breakfast (which you have at a cafe in the mall), again I was happy with the service, its just about 10 floors down in the lift and offered a buffet of cereals, fresh fruit, eggs, meats, cheese, fresh rolls and pastries. Room itself just looking a bit dated and a radiator top was loose, but, was all very clean on arrival and we had no worries letting the little one crawl around. We would definitely consider staying with this chain again. In fact the only thing that would have made it better would have been a highchair in the room

Basic hotel but does what you need
The hotel is not pretty inside (hallways and lifts especially) and does not have gyms, sauna, bar, etc. However once you look past that, it does exactly what 95% of us require from a hotel and for much less cost. Decent size room, a good night's sleep, helpful and quick check-in staff and good WiFi. Very convenient to have the metro and shopping centre so close. I have stayed there 3 times and am sure to be back again.

Excellent location, the Stayat is a little different from a standard hotel - more like renting a studio for a few days. With the exception of the stairwell and back exit to the Shopping Mall the hotel areas and rooms are pleasant enough, and the included breakfast (in the adjacent cafe in the shopping Mall) is reasonable too.

My Stay At Kista
StayAt Kista is a comfortable place. I just wish that they service the room/apartment more often rather than ones a week and sometimes longer. Towels should be changed every other day not weekly or on request. Apart from that it has been a pleasant place to stay and very convenient because of its proximity to the Galleria Shopping Mall and it's not really far from the city centre of Stockholm.

The StayAt Kista is located above the Kista Galleria (a small mall), right next to the Tunnelbana. Most of the building is student accommodation, but the top three floors of the two towers are the hotel (with the lobby on the ground floor). It has one or two-room apartments, with bathroom off; the 2-room apartments also have an entrance lobby. The rooms are spacious, and each apartment has a kitchen area complete with cooker, microwave, refrigerator, plates, saucepans etc. Wired Ethernet is provided, with no login required: if you forget to bring a cable you can get one from reception, or buy one from the electronics shops in the Mall. There is no restaurant in the Hotel, so instead they give you a breakfast token you can use in a restaurant in the mall. So, perfectly OK for a short stay, and reasonable for a longer one.

If you need to stay in Kista, this hotel is very centrally located, right next to the station, shopping centre and business district. The shopping centre has a food mall, and there are few restaurants around. Note that the hotel has no central facilities other than a small reception (and laundry rooms and a sauna), though you do get coupons you can use for breakfast in an adjacent restaurant. The rooms are reasonably large and have kitchen facilities, and so are not unsuitable for long-stay (though you would probably be more comfortable in the 1-bedroom apartment rather than their studios, as the former have separate bedroom and living room). Wired internet rather than wireless - bring your own wireless access point or a long cable (3m+) to avoid having to move furniture!

This is basically a student residence with a small kitchen area. Bed is poor and the room has been put together at the lowest possible cost. It's clean and functional, but no-one would want to stay here unless forced to by lack of available rooms nearby. If visiting Kista you'll be much happier elsewhere and travelling each day by TBana or train.

A good way to see Stockholm on a budget
Located across from the metro (15 mins travel to T-Centralen) the apartment was small but comfortable with basic kitchen facilities and fridge. Just don't expect to be able to whip up a Jamie Oliver style meal. We had 1 small saucepan and frying pan, though this was fine for our needs. There are also many places to eat in the food court in the mall, the food was of good quality and reasonable cost. Oddly for a self catering apartment, breakfast was included in the room cost. This is located downstairs in the shopping mall and presents a nice buffet to suit most tastes. It was 27c heat during our stay, but the aircon in the room was brilliant at keeping things comfortable and cool. After the first day the fridge broke down and the staff were very efficient in swapping us to a room on the same floor. The hotel sells discounted cinema tickets, which is a nice money saver. The only cons I can think of would be that the access door from the shopping mall is locked at 10pm, but there are no signs I could see to forewarn of this. There is a sauna on the 12th floor of the south tower, its not advertised very well at all. But is self contained and well worth using (book at the front desk).

Great Budget Option
Stockholm is not a cheap city, but this hotel helped keep our cost down. It seems far away from the city center on the map, but it's an easy 20 minute subway ride to the city center. (Only one change to get to Gamla Stan.) The subways are very clean and modern, and we never had to wait more than 8 minutes. The hotel is right across the street from the subway station - yet we never heard the trains in our room. The room is not fancy; but it has all the basics. There is even a cook-top and fridge if you wanted to push the budget option and make your own meals. (There's a supermarket right in the mall.) The breakfast was served in the small cafe in the mall downstairs; not a huge selection and low on the fresh fruits and juices, but plenty of bread, cheese, meat, yogurt and cereal to keep you going. There is no daily service - keep your towels off the floor because you'll be using them again! But if you have a tight budget, or use a hotel only to sleep and eat breakfast, this is a great choice.

I would not say that this hotel is 4 star. It was quite disappointing from that angle. The kitchen surfaces for example were marked, the wood veneer of the bedstead was peeling. Not that I minded it, but it's not 4-star quality. What I did mind though was the bed. It was very uncomfortable and narrow. The rooms are on the 11-13 floor, the rest is a youth hostel or something. The room was larger than a normal hotel room, but not as large as one would expect for an apartment. Breakfast is served in the shopping centre at Levinsky's with a voucher, but they stop at 9.30, which is too early if you are on holiday. They should carry on until 10.30 at least. We did not have any because of it. There is no bath only shower, which was also disappointing. They only clean the room once a week, which is fine by me. The T-bana is right next door, which is handy and it takes about 30 minutes to get into town. The reception area is tiny, but staff was helpful.

I got the room as part of a sales offer from expedia with a considerable discount. I would say that the hotel deserves the credit for overall perforlmance and services. They delivered everything they promised and more. I would recómmend it to anybody who needs to stay not far from city center and enjoy being near to almost everything. Rating ****

I needed a hotel in Kista and thought the stayat looked decent. I was very happy with the place. It is more of an apartment than hotel, so there aren't any amenities, room cleaning, etc. The room was a lot larger and cleaner than other Stockholm area hotels and it was substantially cheaper. I would stay here again.

The service at the hotel was fine, but the room was pretty gross, mildew stains on cloth chair seating, rusted disk rack, kitchenette countertop edge splitting/falling apart. Things needed general deep cleaning also, could tell things were only superficially cleaned after prior stay. There was an odd general stink in the hallway to the point that our 2 1/2 year old would comment on it each time we went to/from the room. I asked the front if all the rooms had the same level of quality/maintenance and the answer was yes. We ended up leaving early and unfortunately had pre-paid on the room. While I would not say it was awful, I would certainly avoid this hotel in the future.

Good hotel... but not all staff happy to assist.
The hotel is about 6 underground station from the city centre, about 20min... good for the price. Apartment was new, comfortable and had a great breakfast included in the attached gallery. Only point was one staff at the reception that wasn't happy about assisting us regarding understanding transport to the airport. I would recommend this hotel, but would really hope you don't have to count on this one at the reception.

Extremely convenient
Located right in the Kista Mall, and next door to the metro station / bus station the location is perfect. The room was large, light and airy. Came complete with a small kitchen and ironing board and iron etc. + basic TV services. Kista Mall has a 2 supermarkets open from early to late, and a huge selection of food outlets.
