This property is ideal for 2 families or your extended family.

Three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs, spacious master bedroom with en-suite and balcony upstairs
2 Queen beds, 2 King Singles and 2 King singles Bunk beds to welcome 8 guests in total maximum 7 adults. Family and couples only, please enquire prior to bookings if your situation is different

Very well set up with Air conditioning and fans throughout, Wifi, 3 living areas, toys, baby chair & bath, Nespresso/Delonghi Capsule Coffee Machine, spacious pool, BBQ, 5m Pontoon and storage area for water crafts. Kids can enjoy the private sandy beach along the canal

The property is secureand the location is great, very short walk to the Maroochy River

Relaxation with a beautiful view
From the outside the house is looking a little tired, on the inside the raw concrete floor didn't provide any comfort or warmth from the cold, but these things didn't stop us from enjoying this fantastic home. It was a great option for us ( 2 families). The upstairs bedroom does lack privacy as there is no door and the downstairs noise does carry up easily. The home was well equipped amd had beautiful mugs, plenty of plates etc. The coffee machine was well loved in the chilly winter mornings. The holiday agents were pleasant and accommodating and communication was fantastic.

Lovely spot
The house itself was exactly what we wanted. Very quiet location, on the water and minutes from everything. Plenty of space for 4 adults and two kids. Only a couple of issues with the rental was the amenities - "starter pack" contained 2 dishwashing tablets, 2 bin liners, a coffee pod machine but no coffee, minimal other staples that you just kind of expect in a rental. One other notable issue was a very discerning smell coming from one of the bedrooms. Might be as a result of recent rains, but it was pretty stanky.

Great Location
The house has plenty of space for families but the kitchen is a bit tired and could use an update. Other than that it had something for everyone with the pool and fishing from the pontoon.

Wonderful location and facilities, with very comfortable beds. Easy to host several families for Chr
Small improvements could be made such as supplying more rubbish bags and dishwasher tablets given length of stay. Also coffee pods so I'd know what to buy. I bought wrong ones so went all week without coffee. Everything else was superb and we had a great Christmas

clean, great location
A great location, nice canal/river frontage. very little sandy beach frontage though. Cleanest rating. Flooring a bit hit and miss. Overall very good.
