Other amenities include an oceanfront screened-in porch for bug-free reading and ocean viewing, two covered porches w/ rockers, a sundeck on dunes, a picnic table, a park grill, a high chair, both a Keurig and regular coffee maker, a Crockpot, and a wet bar with free-standing ice maker in each house. Off-street parking for 6-8 vehicles.

This homeowner uses video monitors on the exterior of the property with smart doorbell cameras and/or exterior cameras. Hobbs Realty does not allow interior cameras or exterior cameras to monitor swimming pools, hot tubs, or outside showers.
