Very clean and tidy hotel with very friendly staff. Easy 15 minute walk to centre or short bus trip and ask for the free travel card at reception.

Far exceeded my expectations. Free drinks selection offered on first day in our room. Staff very hospitable and helpful, explained how everything worked. Spa pool small but adequate and quiet when we used it. Rooms amazing and small kitchenette had enough

Classy and Accommodating
Really classy, above average. Great customer service and attention. We had our every need taken care of. We were able to get free street parking after 8:00 p.m. Sat and all day Sunday, but they do have a garage on site for a small fee. Spa was wonderful. You have to schedule a time due to Corona, but then you have the spa to yourself. Great views from the top floor. Easy walk to the old town area and everything we wanted to see. Loved our stay.

Good choice for Tübingen
Unique, comfortable and immaculate hotel with easy access to the town centre. The bus stop right outside takes you to the max plank institute and universities via the town centre and rail station using bus number 3. It has a nice fitness area. The bedroom is comfortable and has a Spanish theme, although some of the bathroom features such as the quirky shower head are not so practical . Wifi is fast and reliable. Meals in the restaurant are high quality with prices to match. I can recommend and will use again.

Best hotel and fantastic service
Actually, I travel a lot for business and pleasure, but I don't write reviews. I am making an exception to make sure I acknowledge the most amazing group of people that work in the hotel. From the moment I arrived at the hotel until the day I left I absolutely had the most outstanding service, I think better than Ritz and Four Seasons. Specially, Angela and Madeline were superb, off course the hotel was fantastic also. Thank you all for making our stay very pleasant. Cheers, Daoud

Cozy and elegant hotel
We were upgraded to a wonderful room with a separate living area. Great decoration, clean and comfortable. Plenty of free drinks in the fridge. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. One of the best hotels we visited.

Wonderful Hotel
Stayed for a week to visit family. Fantastic hotel with wonderful attentive helpful staff. Rooms are beautifully decorated and the standard of housekeeping is excellent nothing is too much trouble. Would certainly recommend.

I had a very positive stay at this hotel, the hotel has good parking, the receptionists are kind, friendly and very welcoming. The hotel has spa area which was nice to use. Rooms are comfortable i liked it a lot only downside was not much room to open my luggage. Bathroom have everything you will need. I would definitely return in the future when i am in town.

Not sure I would say this is a 5 star hotel. No iron or ironing board in the hotel. The only way to get something pressed it to send it out. Then it is a 4 Euro charge. When I checked out and asked she said the hotel says that is part of a service from a 5 star hotel. Well I disagree. I think it is a great option but we wanted to press something before going out and something for the morning. And then to be charged is not ok. But the staff was remarkable! Easy to walk to city center. Quiet and safe area.

Lovely hotel, distant from downtown
A lovely hotel, very chic and updated. Staff were superb, all English speaking. Breakfasts were expensive but featured a lavish buffet, so well worth it. Hotel is not air conditioned, odd for a five star place. And it's in a nice neighborhood that's quite far from downtown, a bit of a food desert, with only one restaurant close by. We had to take the bus everywhere, and it ran only twice an hour. So though I liked the place, I wouldn't stay there again.

Great staff and service. The hotel was also in immaculate condition - very clean. Unfortunately I was there for one of the few hot days that Tubingen experiences from time to time and without air conditioning or fans the room was very hot and uncomfortable.

Wonderful new Tuebingen hotel.
Fabulous new hotel, built 6 years ago by a local architect. Inspired by the Alhambra and Venice. Beautiful rooms, and terrific food. A 20-min walk to the old center of Tuebingen.

Nice hotel near the old town
Great location near the old town of Tubingen, about a 10 min walk to all the sites. The hotel is very nice, and the rooms are extremely clean.

Room smallish but had everything except air con. However windows did open. Very stylish hotel a 15min walk to the town. Only real problem for me was the Wi Fi which was very hit and miss as cable connect no use for tablets or phones. Seems to be a known problem with the staff so suggest that they get this fixed as this could stop me and business people using hotel again.

Our stay was very nice. The hotel was very clean. The dinner we had (lamb chops) just melted in your moth. The gentlemen who played the piano was very, very good after a long day of driving from Basel, Switzerland it was nice to be able to relax and enjoy the evening. The front desk was very helpful in telling us where to go in Old City of Tubingen.

Top notch luxurious apartment style rooms
We stayed one night with a family of five (2 adults, 2 teens, 1 baby) in a spacious, modern, well outfitted apartment style room. A minibar of soft drinks and beer was included, along with herbal tea and a little fresh fruit. Service was friendly and responsive. Mattresses were the only thing we found lacking: a little cheaper than expected, given how nice everything else was. The breakfast was €18/person so we skipped it and had coffee and pastries at the bakery just across the street. The old town was a lovely 15-20 minute walk away across the Neckar River. If you're not keen to eat Swabian specialties (I'm not a fan) I highly recommend dinner at the Italian Zum Alten Fritz on Gartenstrasse: delicious!

Small , friendly and personal
Surrounding area rather run down, walk to town, not the nicest of walks via the underpass. However the Hotel made the walk worth it's while. Very beautiful decor, very personal service from all members of staff, who all address you by name. rooms small but adequate for what you need, with included mini bar, and fruit in room. Menu in resturant and room service small selection but very good food, buffet breakfast very good. If you need anything that you don't see ask the staff are more than happy to help you if they can. yes I will recommend this hotel and I will stay there again if I'm in the area.
