"It's really nice when the hotel is right next to a train, or on this case, a Subway station. It makes it convenient to leave and get back. If you want a taxi, there is a taxi sign right in front. My perception of the property is a newly renovated/updated floors, elevators, rooms, bathrooms. What a great place to start off a trip! Thank you to the people who keep the place nice!"

"Nearby to metro station and in the heart of many dining options. Hotel provided pajamas and slippers. Guests have access to the onsen which was perfect after a long day of exploring the city. Friendly staff. There is a 24 hour Lawson at the base of the hotel which was very convenient. "

"The Cross hotel is a block away from the river in Dintonbori. It is walkable to many restaurants and six minutes to Namba Station. We were in the 14th floor and we had a beautiful view of the river and Don Quijote."
