"Overall very good experience. Two things that would make it excellent in all areas would be Would be good if pools would be heated and more variety in kids food."

"The hotel although out of the main areas is nice, peaceful and well equipped. The staff are excellent and could not do enough for you. A couple of areas of maintenance (very minor) required within the room itself. Otherwise a perfect relaxing stay."

"The property is well looked after. Two pools with sunbeds and parasols. Buffet breakfast was plentiful. Buffet dinner extremely varied. Meat, fish, salads. A great paella every night. Good selection (not for me) for vegans and gluten free so everyone catered for. Great staff. Friendly and welcoming."

"The Hotel was lovely and in a great location, the roof top pool with sunbeds were always quiet so not a problem to get a bed, also a good bar on the roof. We only took breakfast which was very good, a large selection so would suit everybody. Room was really good with big fluffy towels, pay extra for a room with sea view, definitely well worth it. Second time in this hotel and it will not be the last."

"Lovely hotel in a brilliant location. Food is ok, nothing bad just standard all inclusive buffet. We chose bed and breakfast and ate out. Rooms nice, all very clean and good facilities. Swimming pool (preferred) is a lovely area to chill."

"Loved the hotel , apart from a queue to check in everything was wonderful. Good white sandy beach 10 minutes walk away . Only 5 euros in a taxi to Playa Blanca shops, nightlife and another sandy beach . "

"I ended up at this hotel after my friend was taken ill on a cruise and I ended up staying here The staff on reception Jerome & Natalie were so helpful & made a difficult time a lot easier & although I was on my own for the first few days they made me feel at ease The room was very nice The restaurant was amazing with so much choice & especially enjoyed breakfast & all the staff are so friendly Also the hotel Director was very welcoming and helped me by upgrading me to fully inclusive as he could tell it was a difficult time for me especially as I was supposed to have fully inclusive on my cruise & suddenly had to pay for food unexpectedly I would recommend this hotel to anyone "
