La casa en general bien, buena distribución, instalaciones. La piscina no estaba limpia. Uno de los aseos no funcionaba. Faltaba menaje de cocina. Entorno agradable, tranquilo. Algo lejos respecto a los poblaciones.

Considero que em 40 anos de férias no Algarve, foi a pior experiência que tivemos, no que diz respeito ao alojamento. A casa não estava minimamente limpa. Tudo nela metia nojo desde a cozinha aos wc's. Na cozinha havia baratas inclusive dentro da torradeira, a máq. da louça não escoava a água por o filtro ter tanta sujidade preta, a potência da eletricidade não aguenta com os 3 ar condicionados, a condensação de 1 ac escorre para dentro do quarto, as tomadas estão soltas, representando um perigo para as crianças, os wc's exalam mau cheiro permanente, inclusive, a água das torneiras emanam um cheiro fétido. O sofá da sala, onde supostamente se poderia ter mais uma cama, está cheio de nódoas e teve que ser forrado com mantas, para pelo menos nos podermos sentar. No exterior, a relva não existe, ao contrário do que está publicado nas fotos do site, as espreguiçadeiras estão encardidas e uma delas está partida. A piscina tem azulejos partidos, o que fez com que as crianças se magoassem e até alguns adultos e de acordo com os comentários de 2021 era um problema já existente na altura. Parece-me que o proprietário é totalmente desfasado da realidade porque quando o questionámos sobre algumas destas situações, quis parecer muito surpreendido e negou que alguém alguma vez tivesse feito algum reparo sobre as mesmas. Por tudo o que está publicado no site, sentimos que fomos completamente enganados. Não aconselhamos a ninguém.

Grande déception, cafards et fourmis dans la maison (cuisine et chambres), prises électriques détériorées non conformes, piscine non nettoyée à notre arrivée, eau verte, ensuite deux jours sans piscine pour effectuer le nettoyage, chaises de salle à manger cassées, manque de vaisselle, achat d’ampoules pour remplacer celles qui ne fonctionnaient plus, les deux frigos étaient sales, long chemin en terre battue pour accéder à la location, etc… le prix est bien trop élevé pour ce type de location.

Estadia no campo para quem quer sossego
É uma casa rústica em que não há luxos. Se pretendem uma estadia numa zona calma no campo com total privacidade, com piscina e espaço muito espaço exterior, é uma excelente opção. Se prentende luxos não é o mais indicado. O Sr. Agostinho esteve sempre disponível.

Hemos Estado muy bien, excelente sitio para disfrutar de la tranquilidad pero estar cerca de las playas y de las ciudades. La única pega es encontrar la casa, pero llamando a Agostinho te facilita la llegada a la casa. Hemos disfrutado tanto adultos como niños de la piscina.
