Luxury villa in Conceicao de Tavira. This 3 bedroom, three bathroom villa has all the facilities that you could wish for. Tastefully finished to a high standard throughout.
Accommodation in villa comprises 3 bedrooms all with en-suite. Lounge and dining room, kitchen and utility room. Also shared pool and jacuzzi with three other villas. The property has underground secure parking for up to two cars each. The complex is a gated community . Close to beaches at Cabannas and Tavira Island with several golf courses in the area. Many local restaurants in the vicinity and in nearby Tavira which also now benefits from the opening of a new shopping centre with many exclusive shops and eating places. The properties are situated approx 25-30 minutes drive from Faro airport.

Great location
Great location that we have stayed in many times in the past . This particular property could do with some TLC , air con inop in two of the three bedrooms, issue reported to the owner , maintenance team attended and discovered the filters completely blocked , both cleaned and placed back , air con persisted to make squealing noises which when sleeping became unbearable , ( possibly doesn’t get serviced ) garage broken upon checkin , reported , issue resolved for all of 24 hrs then again failed , unable to use the underground parking for the duration of our 16 day stay , fridge in the kitchen is broken ( freezer size / you are advised the freezer doesn’t work well in the heat , there is an error message on the display showing you it’s broken , also have had friends stay at the same property in the past and have the same view , water pressure is questionable , sinks in bathrooms and showers kept blocking ( I ended up having to buy drainage cleaners to clean them ) we were left with a fold up bed in the dining area of the house , rather unhygienic and not a pretty site to say the least , was advised a bedding change would take place during our stay ( this never happened ) we had to wash and change bedding ourselves , the villa could have been cleaned properly prior to our arrival , thick dust noticed under the beds and furniture , facilities / kitchen , we had to buy our own mop to clean the floors , the one left was broken and unserviceable , pool area in need of attention !

Lovely location
We had a wonderful time in the Algarve. There were a few issues at the house but Janette was quick to deal with them. We enjoyed the use of the pool which was refreshing after a hot day sightseeing.

Highly recommended
We would recommend this villa. We had a great time staying here. Beautiful and spacious, and clean. The air con was great and no problem with using the Internet. Everything you could possibly need. It's like home from home but a bit better. Janette always replied straight away with information if we needed any help with anything.

The property was perfect for our stay in portugal with three bedrooms all ensuite the property was well presented and equipped The check in instructions were clear communication with the owners was first class and they responded to questions or queries very quickly will certainly return if available next year

Great Property and Host
Recently stayed at the villa with family and grandparents. Villa is spacious clean and a great place to holiday. Pool and grounds we're well kept. Pool was not too deep so felt safe with children. Cabanas and tavira are quaint places to visit with nice bars and restaurants. Host was really helpful . Managed to lock ourselves out. Host arranged for spare keys within the hour really helpful. There is traffic noise from the road. But didn't spoil our holiday. Overall a great place to stay.

A beautiful villa in a complex of four. Very clean and comfortable,well decorated with a well stocked kitchen and great air con throughout. All bedrooms had their own ensuite which was a bonus. Had a few problems with the Wifi and TV for the first couple of days which was quickly sorted out. The Villa is about 20 mins walk to Cabanas and has a main road behind which you can hear during the day but very quiet at night. Taxi to Tavira takes about 10 mins and is definitely worth visiting. Plenty of good restaurants nearby and five minutes walk to local supermarket.

Not quite as advertised
This is a very nice villa and we enjoyed our stay. It is modern, clean (except for the garage where the game tables are) and we always felt safe and secure. However, we were disappointed upon arrival to find the pool and hot tub empty and under repair. Given the description and photos, and lack of a "heads up" from the owners, it was an unpleasant surprise. It is close to the highway so a bit noisy at time, but that also provides quick access to Tavira and points beyond. Close to beaches. Quiet except for the traffic. Great restaurant within walking distance.
