We were unaware we had VIP access right from check- in which felt rushed, confusing and uninformative about the services the hotel actually had to offer. Didn’t want to keep relying on the app. Food and staff made the hotel!

Hard Rock Hotel lived up to its reputation, friendly staff, good food, excellent room. Nothing was too much trouble. Arrival was trouble free and the guy, sorry forgot his name, was one of the best I have come across, so friendly and helpful. We where given an upgrade to a suite, thank you. As we where early we parked our bags and grabbed a coffee in the Constant Grind and chilled. Will certainly be looking to stay in other Hard Rock Hotels on our future trips.

The hotel is situated in Playa Paraiso its a very quiet village with only a few restaurants. We hired a car luckily we had free parking included with Expedia. The rooms were large however had no privacy given the open bathroom. Cleaning was hit and miss sometimes good other times bad. Carpets everywhere needed a good Hoover. There was a good choice of food at breakfast however it was so busy, you couldn’t even hear yourself talk. Towels were often threadbare in both the room and the pool at which you could only get one towel in exchange for a card given at checkin. The teen club was only open until 7pm, far too early and the football pitch had a hole that was a trip hazard. The entertainment was sporadic at best. This hotel is at most a 4 star.

It was very good BUT we had to wait until after 3pm and I had to go up to ask again even though they said they would call / email me neither happened. I also got offered nothing for my Expedia gold (highest level) status although this seems to be a theme when I book anywhere with my status….i really have had nothing for being gold….

Love the Hard Rock. Great music 🎵 and a great vibe. We ate in the sushi and itialian restaurant. We also used the 11 am bus to Las Américas. Antonio at the beach club was super and introduced me to grapefruit slice in a glass of rose ! Bravo ! Roca Negra nearby is also worthy of a visit. Plenty of supermarkets and shops and a nice promenade walk north. Everything you need is here but it’s also a short cab to other areas.

The hotel looks great and the rooms are clean and very comfortable however ridiculous all inclusive does not mean all inclusive i.e. cannot order food from bar area between 1pm-3pm and certain items which you would expect to get are extras e.g cornetto ice cream and cranberry juice. Staff are excellent and friendly however hotel seems to be extremely understaffed so at certain times it can take ages to order at the bars. My kids loved the the kids and teens club and spent much of the day here

The breakfast was very good Facilities great Very clean Only odd thing is that the sinks are open in the room Not much to do near to the hotel. Would recommend getting the 471 bus and going to Los Christianos

It was a very enjoyable stay. The only thing that was annoying was when the evening entertainment was on, parents let there children run round and round the stage,which was very disacting. I feel there maybe should be a polite notice asking them to respect others and the entertainer.

We had a perfect week at the hard rock hotel. Stayed all inclusive which i definitely recommend if you are able to. Really enjoyed the opportunity to eat at the different a la carte restaurants included. Would definitely recommend the beach club for lunch and the 3rd half for watching football. Lovely pools, it was great having the choice of different ones and the sun terrace is great for relaxing. The rooms were spotless and wouldn’t change a thing about them. Loved the music and atmosphere. The staff made the hotel, they were all so friendly and helpful, especially Joel who was amazing. Hope we can come back soon!

Very nice however very confusing at the start. A huge place with multiple restaurants,bars and pools. It took over a day to sort it all out. They say they provide maps. They don't.

I have paid for the highest floor room with a sea view. The building has a 16th floor but we got the 9th floor room. We were disappointed about the room. The The air conditioning in the room wasn't good. The staff were absolutely fantastic and friendly. Highly recommended

Cockroach in the bathroom. And poor service for all inclusive. Bed not made properly. Poor for a self billed 5 start hotel. Pub singer entertainment. New Year’s Eve ruined as couldn’t get all inclusive service as they won’t serve at the bar preferring table service that just doesn’t happen within a reasonable time frame. Pool and facilities amazing. But overall service lacking.

Loved the room - great bed, balcony and view! Pools and rooftop patio were very nice. They were lacking staff in the evening for drinks service during the live music every night, which was a bit annoying. Breakfast buffet and hectic and just ok. Most of the restaurants we tried off property that were in walking distance were terrible (except the Indian food, which was phenomenal). Good stay.
