Great hotel with good amenities in town centre
Lovely, cosy hotel with great amenities right in centre of Kilkenny. Quiet, warm, cosy room. Easy parking. Great bar and the people are amazingly helpful and efficient. Will for sure be back. Thank you

Nice hotel, good location, restaurant is good and the breakfast is excellent. Only downside was the heating in the room, radiator was not adjustable and there was no air conditioning.

Ok basic hotel; significantly over priced for what it is! Positive was the breakfast which has excellent service; negative was the bar/lobby service- the night we stayed the clear priority wasa large Christmas event; there was no accomodation for residents. Overall very disappointed.

Amazing location, easy parking, decent pool and leisure facilities, tasty breakfast, nice bar/restaurant, friendly receptionists. Room and bathroom a little tired, cleaners not up to much especially for the daily clean.

Very nice property within easy walk to all that Kilkenny has to offer. Self park across the street was easy to find. The common areas of the hotel were very nice. The room was clean and generally in good condition. The beds were comfortable. I would stay there again and I would recommend it to friends and family looking for a place to stay in Kilkenny.

Beautiful hotel but there could have been more information given about how the lights worked. It wasn’t safe at night because the lights appeared to be all on or all off.

Kilkenny visit
Big hotel, ok rooms, short walk from the castle. GYM and pool ok, kids enjoyed it. The rooms are a bit cold and the heating controlled by the hotel. The breakfast is very basic, limited choices, not tasty nor fresh. No vegetables. If I’d know I wouldn’t pay the extra for it …

I have never stayed in a hotel where I had to store my cosmetics on the floor of the bathroom. There was no shelving and the sink was a tiny sink you would see in a public toilet. In addition there was a raised seat on the toilet which I full understand should be there if requested but not as standard. The grouting in the shower area had clearly not been cleaned in some time. The carpet both in the bedroom and hallway outside was filthy. Really disappointing and I paid over €259 for the room only! I will not be back.

Was visiting family and stayed here for a week. Enjoyed the time spent in the hotel mainly for its high standards of service and quality of its food. Should also mention the staff were pleasant and very helpful if asked.
