"Outstanding team which made my stay a pleasure from check in and throughout. Cannot speak highly enough of the staff and the general atmosphere around the place. I was working around South Yorkshire basing myself here. Unfortunately I took ill, was admitted to hospital and still not been discharged by check out date. The staff have stored all my belongings and given me peace of mind when I have enough stress with illness at the moment. Really nice to see a business show their human side. Really made me feel at home and I will definitely make this hotel my base when working in the area again in future. "

"What a great idea the Hex area is. We stayed at the hotel and went to the Wildlife park. We stayed on a premium family room facing the park. We could see bush dogs out of the window in the morning. We heard the sea lions at night, it made my sons day! Great Temple Spa products, Jammie Dodgers and Yorkshire Tea in room. (And other hot options) end of the corridor a ‘watering hole’ with two vending machines, bottle warmers and microwave, sink etc. service was incredible in both the park and hotel. There was a quiz at Wilds bar whilst we ate dinner, a lovely touch for kids. Would highly recommend. I never leave reviews and felt I had to, to let everyone know how amazing this place is. I’ve missed loads but in short, book it, you won’t be disappointed! "

"Had a fantastic first stay at the ibis Rotherham. All staff were very friendly and easy going. nothing was to much trouble. The bed was very comfy just what you need after a tiring journey. Will certainly stop there again. Ps. I don't think the staff from the manager down get enough praise for the job they do."
