Dear Guest, Becamex hotel will not issued any tax invoice directly to guests who book through "Onlive travel Agent- OTAs" as: Hotels.com, Expedia....We refuse issue tax invoice for guest because we must issue for OTAs, So if you have any reqiurement for tax invoice please contact directly the place you give them the money. Finally we never reluctantly issue but for half the amount. We issue the exactly amount total we recive from Hotel.com. If you need more further from asistance please contact Hotel.com and ask them why? Thanks and best regards.
