Behind this door lies a large stunning one bedroom apartment

This stunning, large, one bedroom, first floor apartment, which has been refurbished to a high standard, sleeps two & is situated in a secure gated complex of only 35 apartments in the centre of Puerto del Carmen; & is only 500 meters from the main beach road with all its shops, bars and restaurants.
The bathroom has his and hers sink, a soft close toilet seat and a fabulous walk in shower. The elegant bedroom has A/C, beautiful furniture and the latest warm and cool mattress.
In the large lounge there is air-conditioning, a very comfy leather suite from which you can watch satellite or DVDs on the 42 inch plasma screen and if you like music, there is an iPod docking station.
Sliding patio doors lead to a very large terrace with rattan table and chairs, and two sun loungers so if you do not wish to sunbath around the lovely communal pool, you can do so in total privacy on your own terrace where you have sea/mountain/pool views. There is WiFi and a welcome pack, also a laundry room.
The swimming pool and patio area has just been totally refurbished.

This apartment is for couples who want a nice quiet private holiday but with everything close to hand.

Excellent property with good facilities on a nice complex. Everything you need is here plus little extras. Great balcony to the apartment as well as good communal pool area. Walk to beach and main strip takes about 7/8 mins although uphill on the way back but there again so are most places in Puerto Del Carmen. Really enjoyed it and would definitely return.

Great apartment in central but quiet area
This is a lovely apartment in a quiet, small complex with nice pool. Main Puerto del Carmen strip only 10 mins walk as is the lovely beach. Would definitely return here.

Lovely apartment - would recommend
Perfect holiday. The apartment is lovely and in an excellent spot. The pool area is well maintained and never too busy, even though we went at a busy time of year. I would have preferred a washing machine in the apartment but there is one on site which can be used for a small cost. The aircon is charged by a pay meter but we found we didn't need to use this too often so it wasn't much extra cost. The communication with the owner was excellent, I messaged a couple of times and received a response straight back. Will definitely consider staying again.

Amazing Apartment
Arrived to find a lovely welcome pack in fridge. This apartment is situated in an excellent location, near shops and bars. Apartment is very spacious with everything you need for a home from home experience. Lovely spacious terrace with sun loungers and table and chairs for relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this apartment as it is clean, tidy and very spacious. Communal pool very clean and plenty of sun loungers. Thank you Margaret for a lovely mini break in the sun.

A lovely modern apartment where tremendous thought has been given to ensure a relaxing stay - from the welcome pack, comfortable bed and terrace furniture to the excellent TV package to wind down with at the end of the day. The complex itself was very well maintained too and a staff member kind enough to book us a taxi back to the airport on our last day.

Great apartment
Just returned from a wonderful two week stay at this great apartment. It had everything you could possibly need, beach towels, beach mats, hairdryer, a very well equipped kitchen, a shopping trolley, great sized balcony with two very comfy sun beds, there was even a couple of umbrellas just in case you had some bad weather. The TV had loads of channels great if you fancied a night in or to catch up with the "soaps" The shopping trolley came in very useful when we stocked up at Lidls which is about a 10-15 minute walk away. The complex was nice and quiet and pool area was quite small but it was never crowded, you could always get a sunbed. The apartment complex is in a great location about a 15 minute walk to the old harbour and 5 minutes to the main strip and is "guarded" by Rocky the black security cat.
