Staff made us feel very welcome. Downtown Toronto is expensive. This sort of trip is a luxury for my elderly mother and myself. Sonesta made the indulgence worth it in every way. Super comfortable beds and room. Great view from our window. Perfect location as we saw a show across the street at Koerner Hall. Good food and excellent service in Signature restaurant. Valets had good tips about how to handling driving and parking in the centre of the city. We felt taken care of.

I couldn't sleep. Heard water running through the pipes throughout the night. Doormans are always inside the building, chatting, counter service is not pro-active. Room seemed old and shower door doesn't close properly.
