I must commend all the team for their exceptional hospitality and assistance, particularly in helping us with our luggage and going the extra mile to upgrade our rooms. However, what truly touched our hearts was the thoughtful gesture made by Leonardo's staff. Upon entering my son's room, we were greeted with a delightful surprise – birthday balloons, confetti, and an array of complimentary treats to celebrate his special day. It was a gesture that left my son overwhelmed with joy and gratitude. The impeccable service, comfortable accommodations, and warm hospitality provided by the Leonardo MK team made our celebration even more memorable. It comes as no surprise that all our guests were thoroughly impressed and have expressed their intentions to return when visiting us in the future. "The hotel is set in lovely grounds, has a good choice of parking and communication before our stay was excellent. Staff on site were also very helpful and friendly. Our room was nice and clean although it was very warm with no obvious ventilation apart from the balcony door. The bar and restaurant were excellent although quite expensive. Fantastic location for a range of attractions nearby, we visited the British Motor Museum for the amazing Ford Mustang 60th Anniversary Celebration and Warwick Castle which is fantastic. Hotel was great and we will stay again I'm sure."
