Motor bike rental was easy and a must for the island. View from the lobby restaurant was excellent. Resort provided transportation to and from the pier. All the staff were friendly and very nice. This hotel is in perfect locations closed to all convenient stores and shops and restaurants. However prepare for a walk approximately 150m from the hotel to main walking streets. Beautiful swimming pools and Jacuzzi, The staff keep all areas very clean including the benches area. Amazing views! All staff will make your enjoy and welcome with smiles and respect. Highly recommend everyone. Btw, Greatly appreciated the General MGR for making me the noodles soup. This is a kind of General MGR that everyone wanted. Good luck to all. "

Hotellet ligger på ett enskilt och lugnt läge men en kort taxiresa bort fanns mysiga barer och restauranger för den som önskar detta. Enda nackdelen med stället var att det fanns en del sandflugor nere vid stranden. "

"A beautiful little resort with impeccable service and great food. Our stay here was wonderful. The hotel's private beach is small and rocky but a few minutes walk from the hotel there is a nice long sandy public beach, so you have options. The dinner here was the best meal we had on the island for our entire trip on Koh Kood. Breakfast was also excellent. The bathroom is completely outdoor, but we didn't have any issues with bugs. The room was beautiful and the grounds of the resort are very well kept. Overall, we totally recommend Shantaa and would come back if we go to Koh Kood again. "
