Sunny maisonette with stunning sea view for 2 people

Anything small is cute! La Crevette charms its occupants all year round, by its view, its location, its calm, its decoration and of course its price ! Easy to heat in the off-season, it benefits from a beautiful sunshine all day long. 340 steps from the sand in less than 4 minutes ! The path of the customs officers for a walk between land and sea is a 5 mn walk from your door.
This semi-detached house on one side is very functional and the view is magnificent whatever the weather!
At equal distance from the islands of Batz and Bréhat it is a privileged place to visit the region of the Pink Granite Coast. 5 minutes walk from the door, you can park on the pavement in front of the house.

The house is composed of :
* A private terrace with sea view
* A living room with sitting area, kitchenette and table for your meals
° A bedroom with a double bed (140cm) on the first floor.
° A shower room with WC and washbasin
* WIFI
* Bed made on arrival
°Parking : You are parked on the pavement in front of the rental .

In option :
- Towels : 10€/person to be paid on site (on prior request)
- Cleaning at the end of your stay: 40€ to be paid on site

Le bonheur

Petit mais suffisant pour 2 et super bien agencé. Il ne manque rien c est propre la literie très correct. Jean François est intervenu très rapidement suite a un petit problème avec le flexible de douche, rien a dire. nous gardons la Crevette dans un petit coin de notre tête pour un prochain séjour.

Emplacement et vue magnifique

Très bon logement pour 2 personnes. Tout le nécessaire est là et l'aménagement de l'espace permet de ne pas se sentir à l'étroit. Vue et terrasse vraiment superbe.

Emplacement au top, vue sur mer, proche sentiers côtiers et restaurants sympa à proximité. Aucune procédure "Covid" à l'arrivée, propreté limite de la douche (joints de carrelage noirs), intérieur de placard nécessitant un bon nettoyage. Manque entretien (fils à linge distendus et emmêlés).vaisselle dépareillée et manque de verres .

Super séjour

Un super sejour, c'est petit mais tout est pratique et facilitant. On est proche de tout et la vue est a couper le souffle. Quand on vient a trois le clic clac est un plus mais il faudrait refraichir la housse et les coussins ainsi que remplacer les stores pour qu'ils soient un peu plus occultant...mais vraiment je recommande chaudement cette location. A refaire !

Séjour à la crevette

OkNous avons passé un bon séjour, l'indication d'un droit de passage sur la terrasse de la crevette n'était pas indiqué dans la description donc lorsque l'on sur la terrasse les locataires des 2 autres gîtes peuvent passer sur la terrasse de la crevette ce qui est gênant lorsque l'on désire manger sur la terrasse. Ceci nous as un peu déçu
