This was our first stop in Italy with our 6 young children. This hotel was so nice and beds so comfy. Was easy to walk to get some dinner after we arrived. Staff is so nice! Loved this hotel and would stay here again!

What a pleasant find!! Room I had was exceptional and very tastefully decorated. Staff were very pleasant, only down sides was the electronic room card key- needed a couple of walks back to reception and bar had no beer !!!!!!

The concierge was awesome! I forgot her name, but she was the on with the light colored hair. She had been a great help for us and very accommodating when it comes to all mg questions, especially going around Treviso, even in Venice and Milan. She was great!!! Overall experience was reallt awesome! Very nice room, very clean and very modern! ❤️

Loved this place!!
I am traveling around Europe as I do often. After a hectic week in Berlin, I just wanted to go somewhere nice and quiet and peaceful…and do some hiking. This hotel was a PERFECT choice. It’s brand new and very nicely designed, decorated, and extremely clean. The restaurant was fantastic. All of the folks, from the time I checked in to the time I left, were extremely nice and helpful. The hotel sits right on a lake that is gorgeous, and there is an 8km hike around the lake that is just stunning. It was fun to see all of the families on the shore with their dogs and little children playing and having such a great time. When I made my reservation, I booked a family suite. However, after arriving, Paolo gave me keys to three different rooms to see if I might like any of the other rooms more. I had reserved the pool view, but then I entered a room with a lake view …and I was hooked!! It was a smaller room, but it had a fantastic view. It was so nice of Paolo to let me change my reservation and pick that room over what I had booked. The first night I was in the room, I noticed there were just two chairs on the balcony. As I wanted to have my laptop out on the balcony, it was just not the most comfortable. However, Paolo, knowing I wanted to relax on the balcony, swapped out the two chairs and replaced them with two other chairs and a table that were so much more comfortable. I like that he thought about my needs and met them without me even saying anything!

Accessible to Venice with spacious room
The room was very spacious and clean. The restaurant is good. One thing missing is my booking was made with three persons while I input 4 in hotels.com causing 10 Euro extra per night. I am not sure who caused this.

See Paulo in the restaurant if you can!
It was a Sunday night and the restaurant was empty which concerned me. It turned out to be a fantastic experience because of my waiter, Paulo. He suggested great wines and wonderful dishes. The price for such a great meal was unbelievably good as well. I chose the hotel because of it's proximity to the airport and the fact a shuttle service was listed, in addition to the good ratings of course. My preference is for a hotel that offers shuttle service for "free" but it is not the case here. In fact, there wasn't a shuttle available at all (no driver or something?), so they ordered a taxi for me at a cost of 20 Euros. Keep that in mind if you need a ride to the airport when considering the costs. Getting to the hotel (and from) via public transportation is a bit of a challenge as things (like bus stops) are not clearly marked or called out when being approached. If you don't know where you are going, you are very likely to miss your stop. This only makes it challenging to get anywhere in Italy via this method.

A great hotel, difficult to get to, even with GPS, please note the Street Name, there are 3 section with the same name, I would also suggest when you book and the print out has the name of the hotel, lock in the Best Western brand, this will help with location. Great front desk, underground parking, no-charge, very neat and tidy rooms, breakfast is very substantial and a good varity of hot and cold food. Down side, it is a little road trip to the city of Trevisio, suggestion drive through the city and find a parking spot near the centre of the walled city and explore.

When we arrived at your hotel after a three hour drive from Frienze, we discovered we had left a camera in a restaurant in a small town near Frienze. The staff at the restaurant did not speak English but Nella Minuzzo at your front desk spoke to the owner of the restaurant and translated our concerns and how to get our camera shipped to us in the U.S. Ms. Minuzzo also translated a fax message and sent it to the restaurant owner. Second time we have stayed at the Titian inn,we have enjoyed both times .Only one negative is the distance from the town centre, even this is not that bad because its very close to the bus route,taxis are ok too and the hotel minibus is also available for a fee.The hotel is great and the staff are very good.

Hotel is very clean and well organized. Diago checked us in and was helpful with directions to a supermarket and gas station. He also helped us print our boarding passes for our flight. Breakfast was the usual European fare and all tasty. Bed was comfortable and the room had a small refrigerator. Shower has a curtain which is our only dislike. Would give it Five stars as it is perfect for tourists traveling who need a nice place to stay.

The hotel is outside of town, with nothing else close NY, making their restaurant the only choice. The food is poor and absurdly expensive. It was supposed to open at 7:30, which makes no sense in a hotel catering to travelers, who might be hungry at any time. It did not open until 7:45 and start taking orders until after 8. The desk staff simply insisted it was not 7:30 yet. A perfumed spray of some kind drowned any food aromas. The bill for two tiny plates of pasta and wine was 42E! The WiFi was not working. It took three calls to convince the desk there was a problem and not just my stupidity for the system to be reset.

It beats other hotels by far Exellellent location close to treviso town and airport friendly staff English spoken all round my and my girlfriend will definitely go back in our next shopping trip in treviso and If planning a trip to venice bus no 3 near the hotel 10min @2.50 euros will take you to treviso train station then from there 2stops to venice and much prefer this hotel to overcrowded venice and quality in 5stars it's not the best so yes titian I will be back soon thanks for being professional

The staff were very obliging and friendly. You have to ask for the tea and coffee facilities and for a facecloth but they arrived within minutes of our asking for them. The location was further from the airport than we expected and the taxi cost 20 Euros exactly the same as their own courtesy bus.The hotel is situated on a main road but there was very little traffic noise heard in the bedroom. The only negative was in the evening in the restaurant, we were given the menú and selected our meals ( which incidently were delicious but somewhat pricey) and we noticed everyone else was given a different type of menú. When we sneaked a look later this was the daily special menú of 3 courses which was priced at less than our one main course! Despite there being a private party in the hotel the service was excellent.

We arrived very late. The telephone response was friendly and very polite and the night and day reception staff very helpful and friendly. The room was excellent, clean and laid out very well and spacious. I would definitely use this hotel again for staying over near the airport,
