"Staff excellent Location great balcony upgrade appreciated and wonderful but the excellent room location was a little diminished by the fact that some room features (shades for instance) were in process of being refurbished and thus not functioning. For us it did not matter as we were not in room much. Hopefully by next time all will be finished. We'd stay here again for sure. Desk staff and housekeeper especially nice. Polly M. "
