The worst experience ever , IGNORANT management.
A hostel experience would be better then this ! And I paid them over £400/night. I travel all the time , been to probably 100+ hotels but this is the worse management that I ever came across . Management of this place closes at 6pm ! They don't answer phone from 6pm onwards .Our family ( a couple with a child plus 73 yrs old granny) arrived to Venice on a rainy day at 5;30pm,we used the link on our booking to find the location of the accommodation-but google map just couldn't find it .They did send email one week before our arrival with a very bad explanation where is the entrance of this property.That wouldn't help either.It was like a hidden gate at the end of a dark alley with many obstacles on the way.We tried to phone the property management once we realised that this is impossible to find-but no answer.We were left without any support and it was only 6;10 pm ! How can you run a accommodation business and choose to ignore your guests ? This management is only interested to grab your money and absolutely doesn't care to give any help or service to the guests.I have never seen anything like it .The place is dirty,everything had stains .The fridge is faulty,leaky water was all over my food.THE photo of the property which shows some kind of terrace is fake , there is no terrace on the grand canal unless you count a very small " french balcony"in the toilet .PILLOWS very thin and uncomfortable. Internet works from time to time .Absolutely worst experience I ever had in Italy!
