Wonderful hotel, located in the heart of Vienna. It’s at the center of a lovely square with fountain surrounded by restaurants, shopping and close to public transit. The hotel staff was kind, helpful and very friendly. The rooms were clean, spacious enough for the days spent. It was a bit noisy at night time with kids partying in the plaza outside the hotel. Overall it was a wonderful central location to get to most places in Vienna.

Hotel was clean and efficient. Staff were fantastic and helped us when our delayed bags had not arrived from the airport in a reasonable time - provided toothbrushes and toothpaste and help with the lost luggage.

It is a very good hotel in a very central location. Just steps away from all the things happening. The only down side is that it was a bit hot in the room so we opened the window and it can get very loud especially at night. But that’s because of where the hotel is.

excellent location near Opera House
The location is really excellent, close to the Opera House and the shops of the Kartnerstrasse while facing a quiet street. The breakfast room is spacious and the selection and quality of the food very good. It seems like a business hotel more than for leisure travelers, no lobby seating only in the bar; decor a functional euro-modern.

Very conveniently located in the center of the city, with lots of shops and restaurants on the doorstep. A friendly check-in. Let down by room being too warm (November) with inadequate cooling, and a shower cubicle with no door where it seemed impossible to avoid a big puddle on the bathroom floor.

Highly recommend
Gorgeous hotel in a perfect location centrally. We stayed in an executive room which was very spacious & comfortable. Lovely dining room for breakfast each morning with a great selection of food. We loved the hotel bar aswell & very friendly staff. Also very clean.

I missed having a coffee maker in the room! The front desk closes at 7 pm. which made it difficult to find ice.

Disappointing
Very disappointed in room-carpet was dirty, stained; bathroom tile grout was black, discolored in many places. Furniture was worn. No room darkening drapes and they didn’t properly close. Killed more than 1 bug in room. Made them aware, told they were full my 1st night. Showed me diff room next morning. Room was larger but not worth repacking, moving. On plus side, great location, great breakfast, great staff.

This hotel is in a great location! Walking distance to everything in a quiet courtyard. It has a great outdoor bar where you can grab a drink and people watch. The room itself was slightly outdated and the air conditioner did not cool the room. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

The front desk staff were friendly. The breakfast staff especially the host were amazing. The room was fine. The shower with the half glass door is hit fine, there’s always water in the floor when you shower
