We are fortunate to have a full time maintenance team working at our hotel so any snagging that is pointed out is then put forward for action, and if guests are present, a temporary fix is usually made in order to give the least amount of disruption. It is not usual for guests to find complaint with our breakfast service, so we apologise that this was the experience you had during your stay. Occasionally we do find the Reception to be very busy and we would usually add extra staff but it seems you arrived at a particularly busy time when we weren't able to add more staff. We do hope this won't stop you from returning.
