Best Wake Up Call...
What a terrific stay at the Coach House. The grounds are beautiful, the room spacious and comfortable, and the host is completely charming. I wish we had booked a few more nights there. It's just far enough out of the city to be quiet and tranquil. Breakfast was delicious and filling and I must admit they had the best eggs we had on the trip. I don't know how Des made it happen but a herd of cows were our wake up 'call'. It doesn't get any better than that.

Owner couldn’t have been nicer (like an old friend). Extremely quiet. Breakfast was great and prepared by owner. Liked my first so much went back for another stay later in the week.

The Coach House was by far one of the most memorable places we have stayed at in Ireland. The B&B itself is set on land surrounded by old ruins that make for a mystical and enchanting stay. Des was an outstanding host, who provides exceptional service every step of the way. In addition to offering recommendations where to visit and eat, he also gave great information on the past and current events in Ireland. It was a wonderful stay, and I highly recommend visiting here if you’re around the area.

The proprietor of this B&B was quite accommodating and helpful in every way. We arrived after dark and exhausted, so looking around the beautiful property and it’s hexpansive views this morning before we left was a special treat.We chose a continental breakfast instead of the more traditional Irish breakfast. It was satisfying and delicious. I highly recommend The Coach House.

What an amazing place. Dez was a wonderful host, the Coach House is a must stay for anyone going to this part of Ireland. We would go out of our way to stay there again.
