"Staff was great the breakfast area was clean and not bad as far as the breakfast choices the building itself smelled bad like old men and cigarettes the carpet was stained the bed wasn’t bad the fridge and microwave worked the air worked soap was in the tub from who knows how long but overall for something cheap it was an okay stay"

"Our flight got in early, so we knew we might be too early for check in. The first employee we came in contact with told us there were no rooms available. We were able to leave our luggage and go get lunch. There were two other families in the same boat. When we got back, a new employee told us rooms had been available for hours. The lobby looked nice and clean and our room was good with the exception of the bath tub. It was so worn and dirty looking. The soaps had been ripped off of the wall. I explained this to the front desk and asked if there were any better bath tubs. They said that they were all the same because the renovations weren’t complete. They offered to clean the tub, but they didn’t come for a couple of hours. My husband walked to the store and bought cleaner so we could clean it. The breakfast was good and was well stocked."

"The room was clean, but the room keys stopped working EVERY SINGLE day we were there. Each day, when we came back to the room, we had to go up to the front desk to get room keys made again. Apparently they had a TOTALLY DIFFERENT person booked in our room while we were staying there! The staff was nice, but never fixed the problem so it continued every time we left the room. The toilet seat was also missing a screw, so it was being held on by just one, causing it to slide every time you use it. We told them right away, but they have NO MAINTENANCE person over the weekends. So just hope that there isn't anything that needs fixing in your room during a weekend, because you're stuck with it if so. I want to say you get what you pay for, but we atleast paid for the room to be reserved under our names, and they couldnt even do that."
