"Fabulous welcome with complimentary mimosas and friendly staff. Very impressive, non-smoking and no gaming property which is my preference. It's extremely well kept. Free valet parking and bell service. I was there a week and the staff were all so customer service focused. My new favorite place to stay in Las Vegas!"

"I'm not sure how HDC handled the reservation, but the Orleans automated self-checkin devices couldn't find it. So, I had to wait in line for an actual human to handle things. Once I got through the long line, the human process was smooth and handled professionally. My room was clean and comfortable. I've stayed here before and got exactly what I expected. I really like that the parking isn't a separate change, like the strip hotels. The casino has all of the regular, popular games (like blackjack and craps) as well as some non-standards (like Pai Gow Poker)."
