Communication was excellent and our welcome was very warm, friendly and informative. Breakfast was delicious and good value. Everyone very friendly and helpful. A very good experience.

Very poor standard accomodation, paid £92 for one night stopover after long haul. Room and property in general rather run down and dirty. Damp smell in room and mould on walls, electric shower very noisy when in use (room 2). Decided to put down to bad experience and booked Premier Inn at Gatwick Nth Terminal on Laterooms for £71, called an Uber and left.

Clean and comfortable
Just stayed one night and it was very clean and comfortable. I couldn't work the TV but I expect that it was "user error". I didn't ask for help as I was able to enjoy a good evening read! If I have an early pick-up from Gatwick again, I'll return.
