Very comfortable stay at the Fitzwilliam Hotel with great customer service. Very convenient location for exploring Dublin on foot or for catching a LUAS tram right outside.

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was very clean and beautifully renovated. The staff was courteous and extremely friendly. The only thing missing was aromatherapy throughout the lobby and hallways. Other than that it was perfect for a weekend trip.

From the moment we arrived at The Fitzwilliam Hotel, we were met with exceptional service and a luxurious atmosphere. The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. From friendly greetings at the door to attentive service in the restaurant, everyone we interacted with was professional, helpful, and genuinely kind. The room itself was a haven of comfort. It was impeccably clean and spacious, offering a tranquil retreat after a day of exploring Dublin. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the thoughtful amenities, like plush robes and luxurious toiletries, added a touch of elegance. We especially appreciated the comfortable bed and blackout curtains for a great night's sleep, plus spacious bathroom with a great shower. The location of The Fitzwilliam Hotel couldn't have been better. Situated in the heart of Dublin, we were within easy walking distance of all the major attractions, from Trinity College to St. Stephen's Green. Additionally, the hotel is surrounded by fantastic restaurants, shops, and cultural experiences. Overall, The Fitzwilliam Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The combination of outstanding staff, luxurious accommodations, and a prime location made our stay in Dublin truly exceptional. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a perfect Dublin experience!

Great hotel, fantastic location, nice room and excellent service. Only quibble was the bar, which was a little dark and out of the way, but the bar staff were exceptionally good.

The Fitzwilliam has always been an incredibly well-appointed hotel distinguished by its wonderfully attentive, skilled and genuinely friendly staff. No matter if you're jet lagged and reading by the lobby fire at 2am or the lobby and restaurant are bustling and you're in the middle of a crisis or gasping for a pint, there's always someone willing and able to help with minimum fuss and maximum generosity of spirit.

We were lucky enough to stay in one of the newly refurbished rooms and it was amazing! If we return to Dublin would be sure to stay here again. Loved the Prosecco on arrival, made us feel extra special!

The hotel upgraded our room which was a lovely surprise. Room faced the garden so very quiet meaning we got a good nights sleep. Bed very comfortable. Room was very clean. Staff friendly and attentive. Close to shops and tourist attractions. All within a short walking distance. No complaints would recommend to family and friends.
