The Space:
Recently remodeled with you in mind, this home is new in every facet; from carpets, fresh paint, and granite counter tops. With five bedrooms and three full bathrooms, this home can comfortably sleep 10 guests. There are 3 bedrooms featuring queen beds and a smart TV. Another bedroom features another queen bed, along with two twin beds. A pack and play is also available to make packing a little lighter!

Included in your stay is cable and wifi, along with five total smart TV's that can access any apps of your choosing such as Prime, Netflix, and HBO. You are welcomed to use your own login for these apps.

There is a large laundry room in this home that you can use at your disposal. There are two washers and two dryers, both large, to make this a great stop during large trips or extended stays. This home also has a long porch with railings in the front of the home, and a large deck with more privacy in the back! The wrap-around driveway makes this home perfect for large groups with multiple vehicles. There is a large parking pad in the back of the home, to suit large groups and prevent blocking the driveway!

Accessibility to this home can be through either the front or back door. There is a key less lock on the front door, of which your own personal code will be provided prior to check in.

Guest Access:
Access to the home is limited to registered guests only. Any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.

Situated in a quiet neighborhood, you are 1 minute off the Williamstown exit, and 2 minutes from the Ark Encounter parking lot! This home is not only perfect for Ark Encounter guests, but any large group visiting a wedding at The Josephina Event Venue, Creation Museum, Bourbon Trail, Kentucky Horse Park, or any event in Cincinnati! There is a hand book in the listing for local recommendations on brunch, coffee, and dinner!
