Not as advertised
This property is fine in itself. But it is advertised as Sleeps 4 and has 2 double beds and enough crockery for a whole week, yet we were charged much extra for 4 people and the cleaning charge was more than advertised. I queried this but got to proper response and final message was ignored.

Great first stop!
Quick hour and a half drive from Frankfurt airport. Quiet residential neighborhood a short walk from downtown. Perfect place after a long international flight to get our bearings! Thanks so much.

Das Appartment ist sehr sauber vorzufinden. Check-In und Kommunikation haben sehr gut funktioniert. Die Lage ist zwar etwas außerhalb der Stadtmitte jedoch gut Zierteichen.

Empfehlenswert
Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Check-in/out waren ganz einfach. Die Wohnung hat auch eine Garage, die sowohl für das Auto, als auch für 3 Fahrräder, ausreichend war. Die Ein-/Ausfahrt war mit Ford C-Max nicht einfach, aber möglich. Die Beleuchtung ist zum Lesen nicht überall ausreichend. Man findet aber doch einen Platz zum Lesen. Es gibt keine Mikrowelle. Die Entfernung zu Supermärkten und Sehenswürdigkeiten ist nicht groß, die Gegend ist aber hügelig. Deswegen sind die Gänge bei Fahrrädern gut zu gebrauchen. Man kann aber auch zu Fuß alles erreichen.

Sauber, fußläufig zur Innenstadt
Die Unterkunft war sauber. Es waren ausreichend Handtücher da und auch sonst alles was man braucht. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Der Check-in war schwierig, da bis zur Ankunft keine Daten zum Check-in vorhanden waren. Leider keine email erhalten. Die Agentur war nach 17 Uhr nur im Notfall erreichbar, zum Glück ging schnell jemand ans Telefon. Das Licht im einen Zimmer ist sehr schwach, abendliches Lesen kaum möglich. Dafür ausreichend Lichtquellen im anderen Zimmer.

Fragwürdige Zusatz-Regelungen durch die vermietende Agentur
Wir haben ein verlängertes Wochenende in der Wohnung verbracht. Der späte Self-Checkin klappte gut. Das WLAN funktionierte in allen Zimmern absolut verlässlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig. Die Beleuchtung ist in einigen der Zimmer so schummrig, dass man nur ein Buch lesen kann, wenn noch zusätzlich Tageslicht durch die Fenster ins Zimmer fällt. Ärgerlich fand ich, dass Fragen von der Agentur, die diese Wohnung vermietet, erst am Anreisetag beantwortet wurden. Die Texte der Agentur wirken auch nicht gerade gastfreundlich, z.B. "Die Unterkunft muss in einem aufgeräumten Zustand hinterlassen werden, es darf nicht mit dreckigen Schuhen durch die Wohnung oder das Haus gelaufen werden. Sollte das Gegenteil der Fall sein, behalten wir uns das Recht vor, nachträglich eine Gebühr von 250 € für die Reinigung einzuziehen."

Die Unterkunft lag gut. Fußläufig zur Innenstadt. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet.
