Had to wait 40 minutes to get into tbe room plus there were 10 other guests waiting. There was a smell in the room, outlets did not work on any of the lamps, 1/2 roll of toilet tissue was in the bathroom, no kleenex/ facial tissue, no extra blankets, hair dryer did not work, that outlet kept blowing. Breakfast - no juices in working order, gallon of milk just sitting on the counter, not in a fridge or on ice? Loved the black.out curtains. Is that enough?

The place smelled really bad. The room I was assigned was so dirty, I walked in and walked right back out. I’m pretty sure it was blood on the wall and recliner. I would rather sleep in my car. Never seen a palace like this before. Never again

Horrible experience. They make the absolute worst coffee Ants invaded my first room and coffee maker didnt work. No electricity on one whole side and the ac didnt work in the 2nd one. Last and final one had a used condom left behind. I was done at that point….. oh and the wifi was down. While workers were polite. They did not try to rectify the situation

We paid $20.00 for my dog and they put us on the top floor and on the opposite of where grass was located. You would think with a dog they would put you right by grass and on the first floor. Also, wash machine and dryer were broken. Their breakfast only had waffles and two kinds of cold cereal. No creamer for coffee and no napkins.

Room was filthy, and they tried to charge us extra money (cash) when we arrived. Very poor front desk service and was accused of being in the room and messing it up when I told them how filthy the room was, Moments After receiving the keys to our room.

We cancelled this reservation. The front desk clerk was there, however, for some reason, we had to stand and wait for 5-10 minutes before we could check in. The elevator was broken. Once we got to the room it was nasty. It stunk, the mattress stunk, handles on the dressers were broken or missing. Vent grates were broken. It wasn't very clean. We turned around and left!

When we arrived the TV didn't work. There was no smoke alarm. The heater didn't work. The shower had fell off the wall. The outlets on the lamps didn't work. There weren't any outlets by the bed so we had to use the power strip the lamps were plugged into. My boyfriend went to plug in a charger in a power strip behind the bed and got stuck with a dirty needle under the bed. I had to take him to the emergency room and now his blood needs to be tested every month.

Avoid like the plague
Never again. First thing I noticed was driving around the building. The one large parking lot was right next to the doors on the outside of the hotel. Not so much for the inside rooms. Not only did I NOT see a way to walk from the big parking lot (the small one only held 6 cars) through the hotel, it required a long walk to your room, hopefully on cleared sidewalks. Then when I got to the room, I closed the door and saw light coming from the bottom of the door. Where there's light, there's cold air. It was 7 degrees in the middle of winter and cold air was coming in the bottom of the door. No wonder the heat was on at 75. Without that, the room would have been freezing. I had to stuff a towel at the bottom of the door to keep the cold air out. Then I realized that after trudging through the snow to get to the room, there was no carpet or rug to put my now snow-covered shoes. So I put those on top of the towel at the door since everywhere else was going to leave puddles. When I went to the front desk to get a fork for my dinner, I informed the front desk who offered to move me, but I didn't feel like packing everything up again just to move elsewhere. I just dealt with it. And the next morning didn't get any better. Go to take a shower and the water only gets to about 60-70 degrees. Not nearly warm enough to take a shower. And the breakfast? It was whatever they picked up from WalMart the previous day. Great Values juices, etc. I grabbed 2 blueberry mini muffins and left.

This property is so disgusting I literally had to leave immediately and find a different hotel. The staff here is so horrible I couldn’t believe it. Do yourselves a favor and avoid this place at all cost.

There were rooms with the doors hanging open lights on, and the rooms were an absolute mess. It gave a very unsavory feeling to the establishment. The glass doors look like they had not been washed in three years. The continental breakfast, Supposedly ,that was served was very inadequate. There were three day old, mini muffins, probably from Walmart. Maybe four packets of oatmeal, nothing fresh. I will definitely never stay there again.

Older name brand chain motel
Hotel was a bit "overstated" in the hotel app details. Said it had a hot breakfast, pics showed (2) waffle makers and (2) warming pans for eggs and potatoes or bacon. There were none of these items present when we went for breakfast at 6:30. Hotel was an older hotel, room was a little dirty, only had 2 bath towels, heat was good, bed was comfortable, room appeared much larger in the listing pictures, in actuality was quite small. Was extremely quiet, that was a plus and was quite enjoyable, able to get a good night's sleep. For the advertised price I guess it's not out of line, you get what you pay for. With the high star rating and the pics I saw I was expecting more. Good surroundings, seemed like a safe, busy area.

When I booked, I specifically chose "NON-SMOKING" room. When I went inside the room, I could smell that the room was smoked in!!! Also when I went to the sink and flipped the light switch to "ON".....it didn't work. Either the light was blown or the switch was faulty. Housekeeping had to know this when they cleaned the room after the last guest stay so they either didn't report it or they did but nothing was done. The wall mounted hairdryer was hanging out of the wall!!!!!! And the bed was like laying on a brick. My entire body was extremely sore after a few hours!!! I would rather sleep outside on a park bench for the night before I stay at that place again!!! Book this hotel at your own risk. All this hotel is good for is if you wanna go there to have "A GOOD TIME" for a few hours.
