Welcome to Water Nr. 352 – a stylish detached villa of no less than 228 m², where space, tranquillity and comfort come together. With three bedrooms, three bathrooms (including one with a bathtub), a modern open-plan kitchen and a lovely garden by the water with private dock, this is the ideal spot for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.

Comfort and space for everyoneThe spacious living room features a comfortable lounge sofa and a large flat-screen TV, perfect for movie nights or simply relaxing after an active day. Thanks to the open layout, the living room flows seamlessly into the stylish kitchen with cooking island, where you can cook and enjoy drinks together. At the large dining table for six, you’ll enjoy long, cosy dinners or a game in the evening sun.

The villa has three bedrooms with luxurious box-spring beds for a restful night’s sleep. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, so everyone enjoys comfort and privacy. One of the bathrooms even has a bathtub – perfect for a quiet moment to yourself. The 2 bedrooms on the upper floor are equipped with air conditioning.

For extra convenience, a washing machine and dryer are available in the house. Handy for longer stays or holidays with children.
