Excluding several elevator issues that were sometimes annoying, our experience was great! This was our 4th stay at this property in the past 2 years, and we always look forward to going back. The reception, housekeeping, and food staff are all super nice and personable. Location is easy to get to Oerlikon train station, Migros across the street for snacks, and there is a city bus stop literally 20 steps from the front door. Recommend this property? YES!

Nice staff and decent hotel. Room wasn't clean at check in (multiple hairs on bed and such) but no cleaning staff were available because it was the weekend at the late evening hours so we had to clean ourselves.
We had breakfast at the hotel because we were in a rush, it's 25 CHF per person (~$30 USD) for a buffet style breakfast which was WAY over expensive for the variety offered or the taste (which wasn't bad, but definitely wasn't very good).
We will not be returning to this property.

Great Place to stay! Delicious breakfast! Many restaurants right beside the hotel, I even think they are part of the hotel but they have many options. We tried the sushi place and it was top!

Some of the service staff needs retraining/ I suspect English is a barrier / they try but don’t recommend for anyone that cannot communicate in the local language

Having stayed in several Oerlikon (North Zurich) Hotels over the years, the Courtyard Marriott is one of the best. The hotel staff are GREAT! The Oerlikon train station is a 5min walk; Bus stop is directly in front of the hotel; A dozen excellent restaurants are all within a 10min walk; A Coop is right across the street (for snacks and goodies); The breakfast buffet is good, and the hotel is very safe, quiet and clean. The suites are pricey and rather small for the cost, but are very nice and well maintained.
Will we book this hotel again?... Absolutely!

I loved the hotel but the air conditioning situation has to improve. My family and I had a terrible night because we WERE soooo hot!! Woke up sweating. I will try to find another hotel that has air conditioning. This is NOT ok. Such a shame!!!

Checked in on Monday 26th December 22., there was no shower gel in my room dispenser. Told reception next morning again nothing on Tuesday. Got the shower gel on Wednesday 28th. For Marriott that's absolutely shocking for me.
Breakfast I felt was poorly refilled. Had to keep trying the staff that this is missing etc rather then them initiating refills.
Very disappointed :(

Augustine at the front desk was the finest I hv met at the multitude of marriotts that I hv stayed over my lifetime
Simply almost like family—way to go Augustine—-took care of everything like placement of my moms room next to ours —providing a handicap accessible room and doting over the smallest details with us made us feel very welcome to Zurich
Front desk staff was great! Purchased train tickets right at hotel. Train station within 8 minutes walking!

I booked this hotel for my last night of a 3 week trip in Switzerland so I don't have to drive through Zurich traffic. What was handy was a Coop across the street for the last minute shopping, but limited choice of restaurants.
We visited for 3 2-day stays over a two week period during a family visit to Zurich. The front desk staff was uniformly warm, active and knowledgeable. So impressive to watch them switch between several languages. The hotel is well maintained and cleaning staff attentive and careful. The location is terrific - just blocks from the Oerlikon station so access to all of Zurich is easy without staying in a pricey downtown hotel.
Marriot is always excellent in every aspect of your stay. Cleaness and attention excellent! The location is a highlight!. Just a block from the train and tram station, a big supermarket, and bunch of places for coffee and food. Staying there again if I go to Zurich.
It was just one night but it was the night of our life :-D
We slept so well that night (perfect temperature, no noise AT ALL, no light thanks to the thick curtains, very very confortable beds…)!
Moreover, perfectly located between train station, Halle 622, shopping center COOP, many restaurants, etc…) and very sweet staff!

Everything was Marriott standard. I was a bit thrown off by the price of parking. As everywhere else in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, parking is at a premium. The hotel does not have parking. The parking deck was easily accessed within the hotel. Just surprised at the price. I do realize Marriott has no say on the cost of parking.
The service was lovely upon checking in and checking out. The staff at reception were very welcoming and friendly. The location of the hotel is fantastic, it's a few minute s walk from Oerilikon station, which is only another 5 minute train ride to Zurich city centre. To the airport was only 5 mins away in the other direction. There is also a large Coop supermarket across the street. As for the room itself, it was exceptionally clean. No complaints! Would definitely recommend.
Good hotel if you get in good deal. Just make sure your room is not next to service room. They keep opening and closing the service room door all night. We had to move our room next day. Close to the tram and train station. Starbucks is next to the hotel. Tram S14 goes straight from Main Station.
The hotel is almost great with minor things to add for the great to be.
Breakfast selection could be better for 4 stars hotel in Zurich.
Room and toilette amenities should be better by adding good brands and better selection of coffee like espresso machine.
Rooms are perfectly spacious.
Great welcoming staff.
Clean room in nice area slightly outside city center but short walking distance to train/trams into the city and from airport. Hotel offered comfort expected of a Courtyard, including consistent wifi service, and for me was good value.
