What you can expect

At the end of the famous Tram #28 line start another journey: visit the gastro-trendy neighbourhood of Campo de Ourique! Filled with restaurants and cafés, where residents live a quieter life enjoying terraces and streets full of small boutique shops close by. Campo de Ourique is a neighbourhood of the nineteenth century with a pioneering nature and booster of new food and lifestyle concepts, attracting from its beginning, thinkers, poets, artists, foodies and chefs who reinvent traditional spaces and offer a more relaxed professional experimentalist gastronomy.

Throughout the food & cultural walk, we take you on a gastrocultural journey through renovated spaces like the local food market, the bakery of The Best Chocolate Cake of the World, a seafood restaurant, a slow-cooked pork specialised restaurant, an iconic family and friends' Restaurant, totally hidden from non-locals and at the end All these stops to taste the very trendy and local food specialities of this area dusted with historical insights and stories about food traditions and locals.

During around 3,5 hours and 6 stops tour, we lead you in small groups (max.12), small enough so that it does not feel like a touristic tour, but rather an intimate leisurely walk among friends through Lisbon and its many diamonds in the rough.
