"When we first arrived, we stood at the desk at least 5 minutes before we were even talked to. The manager then said it was a shift change and he had to do several things first before he got to us. So we waited another 5 minutes to get our room. He asked us if we wanted the newly renovated 5th floor or the 4th floor. We asked for the newly renovated 5th floor. "DIRTY DIRTY. SMELL LIKE PEE AND BLOOD ALL OVER THE WALLS IN THE ROOM AND BATHROOM. Didnt stay. Went straight back to office and told them to refund money and clean room. BIG HEALTH ISSUE. The front desk WAS AWARE of room condition and still rent it without deep cleaning. Stay away."
