Special little place

Thanksgiving Vacation

Absolutely loved the property very comfortable for family of 9. House has everything you need. Kids were entertained with board games and size of property to run around. Close to Asheville and and easy to get around we would definitely stay here again

Girls Weekend

Quaint farmhouse in the mountains

My friends and I throughly enjoyed our stay at the Fairview Farmhouse. The beautiful views in this quiet area made for a tranquil and reflective trip. The home is nicely decorated and the kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking needs. I’m so glad I chose the Fairview Farmhouse for my birthday celebration weekend!

Perfect family getaway

Two couples enjoyed a Christmas retreat in this lovely house. We used the fire pit one night. Cooked most nights. Everyone slept well on comfy beds. Appreciated the nice touch of a lighted Christmas tree. The best VRBO property we have ever visited.

Great family or girl’s weekend getaway!

This property was beautiful and perfect for our girl’s weekend. I would love to come back with the family. The property is so peaceful and the home is gorgeous. We enjoyed the deck and sitting area with chandelier so much. Additionally, the property manager, Brandi, and the homeowner were so responsive to our needs. I would definitely recommend this home and hope to stay there again.

Beautiful mountain home

This was a wonderful mountain home with lovely grounds. The house is clean and very spacious. The creek and outdoor fireplace were amazing! There are so many extras included with this home that it made the trip one we will never forget! We will definitely be back in the future.

Gorgeous property!

This is a great place for families! We had 4 little kids and a baby between 2 families. All the kids and adults had a wonderful time exploring the property. The house is flawless. We had everything we needed. The location is good, close to hiking and great breweries. About 30 minute drive to so many other activities in the area. Would highly recommend a stay here!

Best Thanksgiving Ever!

Best Thanksgiving I've ever had, review from my 8 year old grandson! Plenty of space for the 9 of us, clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Outdoor space is perfect. We had a bonfire and projected a movie on to the outside wall nearby. I would suggest that you check-in before dark as the road there is very dark and twisty. Wonderful stay!

Amazing home!

We had an amazing stay! The home was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The interior is modern and well decorated. And then the yard!! Wow! Our kids had a BLAST running around in the yard. Mountain Retreat

We had 8 adults stay for 4 nights over New Years and the house was perfect. The house is about a 20 min drive to downtown Asheville, and we were able to get an Uber/Lyft when needed. Just keep in mind that this requires driving on highways, you are coming from a rural area into the city. The living area was great, with tons of space for all of us to spend time together. Everything we needed was included, plenty of cookware, dishes, towels, etc.

Gorgeous property

A wonderful stay for a getaway. Relatively quick to Asheville, but not too close to anywhere — not to say it’s far, but I mean a nice getaway from it all. We were looking for a place to hang out together without having to go and do much and this fit the bill. Plenty to do on the property and inside. The only hiccup was there was only one fire starter for us and the woodstove was tricky to figure out… Eventually we got it working and it warmed the house nicely. There is heating as well! The kitchen was very well appointed. We would 100% stay again.

Fabulous Farmhouse

This property was awesome! We loved the layout of the home and the wonderful grounds and property. The kids loved the chicken coop and the tiny chapel, we played wiffle ball and spent as much time outside exploring as we could. The home is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Getting to the home we put in the coordinates but missed the numbers for the driveway. They are kinda hidden on a telephone pole, but one quick call to Brandi and she helped us find our way! Slight wishes of ceiling fans but thats ok. One other note, the oven does not have a hood so we did set off the fire alarms cooking. Other than that we would not hesitate to book again! The location was wonderful and the host provided great tips for places to eat and drink! Highly recommend!!!We loved this property.

Fairview farmhouse for an adult family

The property was almost as we thought although the 2nd bathroom was really clean effective- there was no shower and a big bath right off the living area so was a bit uncomfortable With a group in the living room. I think that should be mentioned in the listing and really explained that there is only 1 shower In the main bath. I called the property manager the first day with some questions that needed a response and she never called back. We figured out a work around but she could have gotten back to us. There was no good sponge to clean with in the kitchen so We couldn’t scrub pots. The property was beautiful But we couldn’t utilize it all because of the weather. I would have like additional blankets as it did get cold and there were none to be found .

Family fun in the Smokey Mountain

This home was AMAZING! My husband and I traveled from outside Philadelphia area with our 3 teens- 13, 15 and 16. The location and property were gorgeous and gave us all some peace and natural beauty! The owners were wonderful, accommodating and very responsive! We are had easy access to the Blue Ridge Parkway and Pisgah National Forest as well as to breweries and Downtown Asheville! We loved our adventures each day, but we all looked forward to returning home to rest and recharge. The kitchen is exquisite with everything you need to prepare and serve meals! The chickens were a really cool part of this experience too! We look forward to returning soon!!! Thank you ☺️

Exceeded Expectations

The property is just as pictured. My family of 8, (2 adults and 6 kids 14 to 1 years old) had a fantastic time. The chickens are so friendly and fun to watch roam the property. The bonus for us was that the pond was full of salamanders, it was amazing to watch them swim around and all the tadpoles. We spent multiple days on the property just enjoying being in nature. The only 2 things I would make note of is the Master bedroom doesn't get as warm as the rest of the house and you need to bring your own baby supplies such as a high chair and pack and play for baby to sleep in. I would definitely recommend this property!
