Hotel during our stay was clean, quiet/no outside traffic noise; showers hot with good water pressure, towels and bedding were good quality; human staff in lobby not kiosk;, breakfast was good. Recommend and would stay again. Hotel charges $100 extra fee upon check-in that supposed to be reimbursed.

We arrived late, around 11pm and were accommodated immediately. The bed melted into my back and the pillows were awesome. The breakfast attendant was knowledgeable and friendly, very helpful. Laci the checkout attendant was great as well. First time back in Henderson in 3 years and this was a great experience. Will definitely be back.

Room was clean. Staff was very helpful from the moment we arrived. My husband uses a rollator/walker and we had a late check in. The gentleman who checked us in offered to help with our luggage, and assisted us with the luggage cart when we arrived at our room. The breakfast and cleaning staff were also very helpful and friendly. I read some of the reviews that said the hotel had changed through the years and I was a little leary about staying there. I stayed at the Baymont through the years for family gatherings and never had an issue. This visit was fine and the price was reasonable. I have another family event this fall and plan to stay at the Baymont again. My only constructive comment is about the beds...being seniors, the beds are very high and difficult to get into...once you do they are comfortable.
