This home is perfect for several families, and is fully-stocked with modern amenities and furnishings, large living area with open floor plan next to island kitchen, 2 master suites, a bunk room with 3 full beds for kids, 3rd level family room, 2 soaking bathtubs, 2 balconies, deck, electric fireplace, 2 car garage, and plenty of homey touches.

The great room has an open floor plan welcoming natural light and privacy when needed with large windows and remote-controlled blinds. The electric fireplace creates an inviting ambiance accompanied by an oversized couch, open-beam 20ft ceiling, new 55" HDTV, and cable so you can enjoy your favorite sports shows or relax with a movie. Not far is a dining table that seats 10 with ample seating and a dine-in countertop with four stools.

Luxuries include a desk for work/school from home with a monitor and printer, the fastest WiFi available in the area, 2 CB couches, CB kitchenware, West Elm and William Sonoma furniture, 2 bathtubs, double vanities, laundry room with washer, dyer sink, and all new appliances.
