We came for a concert, which was great. It was nice to stay where the venue was and to be a 3 minute walk away. We also enjoyed running into other people who attended before and after the show and had a good time sharing the experience with them.

You need to completely retrain your staff, from the people at the various doors to the property who are aggressive and rude, to check in staff who are clueless, to bartenders who are not able to make even the simplest cocktails. You should hire a hospitality consultant to revamp evetyyhing. I paid almost $750 a night for the equivalent of 3 star service. I will call out that the spa was excellent, as was The Boathouse Restaurant.

The security guard was very rude to my husband when he was coming the hotel questioning if he was going to stay at the hotel and his luggage. I found that very disrespectful. The entire staff was great except that one security guards

Great resort to go gambling with friends. Great side games for playing black jack too. One weird thing is that in the hotel room the outlet power kept turning off in the middle of the night. Not good if you need to use a CPAP. I spoke to a manager and he conceeded that it’s because of the city’s green initiative. The power outlets turn off after 30 minutes if the ceiling mounted motion detectors do. It detect any movement. Not ideal.

Spent two nights at the Graton Resort! The property lacks a ‘concierge’ …no one could assist me in gettting a ride to the airport! The service at the pool was horrible! After waiting for over 30 minis for a drink, I walked up the bar and they said they would send someone over to me…..btw, that NEVER happened! Again, I went up to the bar and ordered drinks but, they were NEVER delivered to me! So …AGAIN I walked up the bar….got a drink and return to my seat! Amazing!!!
