The staff at the Resort is wonderful!! I like having dining options onsite and beach access with paddle boards. When booking through 3rd party, I feel like the least desirable rooms are made available. The surrounding shops and Some restaurants aren't open Monday & Tuesday which was disappointing in the middle of summer in California. Resort. Usually a great stay, this visit was less than we had hoped it would be. Felt very limited

Overall a nice and safe place to stay. Scenery beautiful. Down side the pool water wasn’t super clean with dead bugs and flies floating on top. Not a lot of beach to sit and lake water by beach was not clear. Deck of hotel was dirty with leftover glassware, trash and wild animal poop the first couple days we were there. Bed comfort not great. Drinks and food was good but pricey at hotel and at dock bar & grill,

My husband and I enjoyed a beautiful room on the lake that was attached to the Ducey’s restaurant and breakfast upstairs. The resort staff welcomed us with a sweet handwritten note, a bottle of wine, two free breakfast tickets and a duraflame log for the fireplace.

We enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff from reservations, restaurant, to marina. We enjoyed the pool but noticed towels weren’t being restocked. And gate was always open to the pool and private lake access that allowed others not staying in the resort to come in. Hope they were more strict on it to allow those that are staying and paying for the resort to enjoy it more.

The property was run down, our chalet was trouble bedroom bed and sofa bed had hairs on the sheets had a hard time for housekeeping to come change them out and once housekeeping got there she gave completely attitude but the house keeping manager Jennifer was soo wonderful and got everything fix up and cleaned for us and we appreciate her. The bedroom ac did not work even after maintenance went to fix it, the shower was plugged.The chalet is connected to the next door chalet through the kitchen by a thin door so you can hear all the loudness from them so it’s horrible. Just overall had a horrible experience
