"The Hotel is in a very convenient location in a quiet area but just minutes from the main shopping area, bars and restaurants. The Leaning tower is about a 15 minute walk away. The room was clean with a huge bathroom, however the bed was not that comfortable. Breakfast was really good with lots of variety and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend."

"Staff were very nice and very helpful and accommodating. Especially Jhonny who went above and beyond . He promptly replied all my inquiries and communicate well during those times that our schedule was totally mess up . We checked in late plus our plane gor delayed and Train rerouted . In short , our schedule got bumped . As in super late the following day . He didn’t cancel our booking just like the other Hotels. We teally highly recommend this Hotel . Aside from very good and very helpful staff , This hotel is very clean . This Hotel is vey close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa . We stayed at the separate building because of number of room occupants . We got a family size room . Thank you so so much Jhonny for being considerate and helpful . We sincerely Thank you and appreciate your help and kindness ! "
