Helpful staff & good communication. We stayed in the separate building quadruple room for one night which was nicely proportioned for four adults, clean, felt safe & within 5 mins walking distance from the main hotel. And very near the Leaning Tower. Early check out to make our morning flight was easy too.

What a great location for touring Pisa! Just at the entrance of Piazza del Duomo, where it sits on its own little piazza which is full of market stalls and opposite McDonalds. We arrived by getting the PISAMOVER from the airport, then bus No. +1 from outside the Centrale Station (the bus stop is literally across the road from the hotel). If you arrive from San Rossore train station, it's a 10 minute walk. We had a warm welcome at the hotel, we were on the first floor overlooking the piazza which was lovely. Decorated beautifully with a four poster bed, tea/coffee facilities, great shower and a comfortable bed. We would definitely recommend and we would stay here again.

Great location, lovely beds. Room had lots of space for us as a family of 4. Shower and coffee machine not logical, plug points too small for our UK/EU adaptors which was odd but only a very small point. Would definitely stay again. Staff really helpful and provided all of the information we needed for our stay. Thank you!

When I booked I mistakenly thought we would be in the building by the tower, we were not. It felt like a long walk to the building we were in, it was probably only 10 minutes though. The staff who checked us in was very helpful dragging our luggage down the street. I wish we would have been in the main building next to the tower.

This hotel is very well situated for the tower (within one minute's walk) and for a walk into the main area of the town and the river. The hotel was clean and perfect for what we were looking for. Lots of restaurants nearby.

The room was on the smaller side, but as expected. It had all the essentials: air conditioning, a safe, coffee-making facilities, a fridge, a hairdryer, and a TV. The location was great—just before the entrance to the main square, with a local pastry shop right around the corner. However, two things would have made the stay much better: the bed and the room's sound insulation. The bed was very creaky and the mattress was uncomfortable, so every time someone turned over, you woke up. Another downside was the noise from both the street and inside the hotel; the cleaners tended to chat right outside the room door starting from 7:00 AM. You can also hear all the guests trying to open their rooms at the middle of the night with quite old-school metal keys
