A good place to stay close to the beach and with a good pool area. The breakfast was very good and the rooms okay. On the downside - the cleaning of the rooms could be better and there was far too much noise from the evening entertainment (it was to laud and going on to long past 23:30). Not worth the price

Disappointing stay. For £200 a night and 4 stars, I expected more. The room was outdated, with mould in the bathroom, old furniture, and a noisy, ineffective AC. Breakfast was basic, staff rushed guests, and the pool closed too early. Nice greenery, but poorly used. Wouldn’t return.

Rooms need to be upgraded. Not modern at all. Staff was friendly. In order to use the pool, you need to wear a swimming cap.

Reading some of these reviews about the pool being dirty and the rooms needing to be updated is complete nonsense. The rooms are beautiful. Our room was enormous and featured a canopy King bed. Air conditioning works great. The pools are extremely clean. The staff at the pool bar were charming and fun. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful (special shout out to Roxana who truly is a star and Lorenzo was very helpful too!). Unfortunately, the restaurant on-site is an absolute catastrophe. I really try to be understanding but, my lord. Just a hot hot mess. Unless there is a complete change in management and staff at that restaurant - AVOID at ALL costs. Instead, there is a string of restaurants to the left of Conad’s (the grocery store located across from the reception). Osteria Del Mare was fantastic (bringing out free prosecco and appetizer to welcome us). The staff was amazing, and the ambiance can’t be beat. Next door is a « cocktail lab » and I had some of the best cocktails that I’ve experienced in Europe. And they were 8eur a piece! A deal. Excellent outdoor seating and music. There are several private beaches (5 minute walk away) and located to the left of the beach. We paid 45 eur for an umbrella, two lounge beds and a chair at « la siesta » beach. Bring your own towel! I would 100% stay at this resort again. I just really hope that their restaurant can get it’s act together.

Ok / average.

The resort was obviously not new, and maintenance has been neglected for some time. Some buildings are worse than others. Our rooms were clean but old/worn. Ok, but not more than that. Pool area was the best part. Clean and nice. Only annoyance was the towel card/depositum system - especially since it was impractical and the staff was unable to explain it properly. Staff did not speak/ understand English very well (some not at all). They where mostly friendly, but a lot of them had a "i don't really care" attitude that management should not allow. Same with food. Average, but ok. Staff mostly seemed to not care that much - they just did their job.

Lovely room and pool but taxi situation is hell

we received a very good reception with thorough and good information. our hotel room was wonderful, it was large, clean, had good air conditioning and a fridge, which we really appreciated. the pool area was lovely and there were always sunbeds and if not the lifeguards found some immediately. we think it was silly we had to wear a swimming cap and didn't understand why? directly opposite the hotel there is an ATM, supermarket and a few restaurants. if you walk 2-3 kilometers down the road there is an area with several restaurants, shops, bars etc. the breakfast was very boring and basic. would suit a 2 star hotel more than a 4 star resort. the day of our return we asked for help to get a taxi to the airport. we were going to the airport at 2pm and asked for help booking a taxi at 10am. we were told that you couldn't pre-book and that they generally couldn't promise we could get a taxi?! that it was a general problem especially on Sundays. a 4-star resort, 15 km from the airport, which obviously sees it as a general problem, simply has to come up with a solution. Own shuttle bus? cooperation with a taxi company? at 11.30 we approached again, as we didn't dare wait after the receptionist said they didn't know if we could get a taxi. They ordered a taxi and we were picked up 20 minutes later.. we Were at the airport over 2 hours before we had to because of this and honestly the hotel should have better service and advice. Maybe a collab with a taxi service, shuttle etc
