Girls Weekend getaway

Everything was good! We had no issues and location was not too far from downtown. We had a wonderful weekend at the cabin game night and downtown during the day!

Beary Nice!

Had a great time here. We were told Black Bear activity in the area was high and it definitely was! Cabin was perfect for our group of 10.

Great time!

We loved it. 3 bathrooms on 3 floors, lots of space for 3 families. Few small quirks but nothing to dampen the stay. Overall great experience.

True Gatlinburg Experience

Stayed at the cabin with a group of friends. Property management was very accommodating, hot tub was out of service during our stay which is the only bad thing I can say about the cabin. Large windows, great views, homey feel

Nice rustic cabin

Property was as expected except for the close neighbors. Didn't realize people would be so close. But we never really saw anyone so it didn't matter much. The only negative I have to say is that the pool was padlocked with no communication to the renters as to when it would be reopened. In fact, it was closed the entire 5 days we were there. I called for an explanation but never heard back from anyone.

Nice chalet but change cleaning company

The property is beautiful but main floor bedroom bedding was dirty hot tub was dirty ran out of toilet paper. No dish washer soap. Garbage piled up was never picked up tips on pool sticks no chemicals in hot tub no trash bags.

Dirty but cute

Cabin is cute but dirty. We had electrical problems with no electricity in two bedrooms. No communication follow up on when issue might be fixed. Electrician showed up unannounced at 10pm on our last night. For the money, I wouldn’t recommend property.
