Air conditioning did not work. Changed rooms 3 times due to tv problems. Staff was excellent but the property seems to be degrading rapidly. used to be one of our favorites, but now question if we need to move.

Rooms are not clean. Although it appears that they are attempting to upgrade the property, the effort seems clear however, the rooms are filthy. Kompose Residences Houston Cy-Fair
The room had a very pleasant smell every time we entered. The staff was friendly, the decor was chic and the breakfast was hot and plentiful. The location was central to Walmart and Costco. I recommend this stay. The TV was very large and the gym, pool, basketball court was a great addition.
