Pick up your bike rental at Kawaguchiko CraftPark restaurant near Lake Kawaguchi.
Choose from a 20-inch bike (suitable for riders over approx. 140 cm / 4’7”) or a 26-inch bike (standard adult size).
Use between 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (return anytime during hours)

Take the Kawaguchiko Sightseeing Bus (Red Line): board at Kawaguchiko Station → get off at Kawaguchiko Music Forest Museum → about a 5-minute walk

Know before you book
- Please present a valid photo ID when renting a bicycle.
- Other usage rules and safety instructions will be provided on site.
- Bicycles must be returned by 5:30 PM on the rental day.
- Failure to return on time without prior notice will incur a penalty fee of 5,000 yen.
- If the bicycle malfunctions during use, please notify the management immediately.
- In case of key loss or damage caused by the customer’s negligence, the management reserves the right to charge the customer the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Refunds will not be issued for arrivals at the wrong location, even if contact is made prior to departure.
- Contact # may not be responsive outside of business hours, 9:30am~6pm JST (Mon-Fri)
- In accordance with EU regulations about consumer rights, activities services are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Supplier cancellation policy will apply.
