Are you a beginner and want to start taking a serious approach to MTB? Are you a self-taught man who lacks a solid foundation? Here's the course for you: you'll learn how to handle a mountain bike in the best way on dirt roads. From the position to be held in the saddle to overcoming technical steps. Activity itinerary

MTB course that combines technical improvement in MTB without sacrificing Bike Tours on the island: 3 lessons of 1 hour each on 3 consecutive days that then allow you to have time to go out on Tour (even for small groups). These are all topics that will be covered, and adapted, to your/your level of experience: Basic position (limbs, gaze, centre of gravity); The centrality; Basic bike setup (levers, tire pressure etc); Behaviours and attitudes during a descent; Curving technique; Management of slope changes. Steep and changes of slope; Being soft and fluid; Bunny hop.
