You will be picked up from the airport (KTM). You will go to your retreat centre. This is a calm place outside the busy city. After you get settled, you will join a welcome group. You will have a traditional Nepali dinner. Then, there is a first meeting. Your shaman guide will talk about the retreat. They will set goals for the week. You will feel a sense of calm as you begin this important journey.

Day 2: Learn About Nepali Shamanism (Jhankri)
